Très belle établissement dans le vieux Montréal...où nous nous sommes régalés....service impeccable & très pro.. Nombreux choix & le petit plus c'est l'orchestre qui entonne de belles mélodies.... Bonne expérience 🙂
I went there a few times, evrything on the menu is good. Love the outside courtyard, it make it special & different from other places especially when the jazz band is playing.

Le Jardin Nelson est un véritable havre de paix au coeur du Vieux-Montréal. La terrasse est tout simplement magnifique : bien aménagée, ensoleillée, c'est l'endroit idéal pour passer un bon moment, surtout avec le retour du beau temps.
Malgré le fait que l'endroit soit très fréquenté, le service est impeccable. Le personnel est attentif & souriant, ce qui fait toute la différence, même lors des heures de grande affluence. C'est un endroit parfait pour se détendre, profiter d'un bon repas & d'un verre en terrasse.
J'ai hâte de pouvoir y retourner dès que le beau temps sera de retour pour savourer à nouveau cette belle expérience.
Jardin Nelson is a gem in Old Montreal. The live jazz, & friendly staff make it such a delightful experience. The food is great-I loved the duck confit poutine & the sangria. The atmosphere is amazing. Definitely a must-visit for a relaxing meal in a beautiful setting!

Jardin Nelson is an absolute gem, especially if you're a jazz lover! The atmosphere is unbeatable, with live jazz performances that truly set the mood for a memorable evening. The courtyard is beautifully designed, creating a warm & inviting ambiance that's perfect for relaxing with friends or a date. The food is just as fantastic as the music. I highly recommend the *pudding chômeur* - it's hands down one of the best I've had, rich & comforting. Pairing that dessert with the live jazz made for an unforgettable experience. Whether you're there for the music, the food, or both, Jardin Nelson delivers on all fronts. Can't wait to go back! They do look in a hurry to have you order.. But it was lovely!!
Déception au Jardin Nelson. L'ambiance est magique & le service chaleureux, mais la qualité de la nourriture & des boissons est franchement médiocre. Mon omble chevalier avec gratin dauphinois était fade & la crêpe de canard confit de mon mari goûtait un sirop d'orange chimique, presque écoeurant. Les cocktails ne valent pas non plus le détour. Pour le prix, l'attente interminable & le stationnement payant, on s'attendait à une cuisine avec un minimum de saveur. Passez pour l'ambiance, mais ne vous attendez pas à une bonne expérience culinaire.
Très bel endroit, personnel aux petits soins des clients (service au top), vaste choix à la carte, excellente nourriture, ambiance jazz & jardin parfaite. A ne pas manquer !
Disappointing, expected much better. Server fell far below even average. It felt like we were imposing upon her. Didn't care for that. The chowder was quite good & very tasty. We ordered what she called an American ice tea but it really tasted like a sweet & sour mixer - unlike any ice tea we've ever encountered. The Jazz band was good, but the service was very poor.
Great terrace nice atmosphere with live jazz music, & the service is excellent. The food is decent-calamari & bruschetta are delicious, but the poke could use some improvement. Still, it's a recommended spot, especially when the weather is nice!
