Janine is absolutely one of the most worthwhile gelato shops to visit in Montreal. I'm from Taiwan, & since last year, I had been asking a friend to deliver Janine's gelato to my girlfriend. This year, when I finally arrived in Montreal, my girlfriend & I started visiting every single week to try their weekly limited-edition flavors.

The owner & staff are truly some of the kindest people in the world. They always welcome us with warm smiles & friendly greetings, & every week, my girlfriend & I genuinely look forward to seeing what new surprise Janine has created for us.

I sincerely hope everyone gets the chance to visit Janine & experience their unique & unforgettable flavors. I truly believe you'll fall in love with this place just like we did.

Even if sharing this hidden gem means that the next time I come back to Montreal I'll have to wait in a long line for my gelato, I'm more than happy to share Janine with everyone. It's simply too special to keep to ourselves! 🍦❤?

Very unique blends of flavours that take you by surprise but make total sense once you try them.

such a pleasant surprise... as an artisanal ice cream expert, i had the amazing experience of trying out this place. i will dream about this cucumber lime swirl with kaffir lime leaf. very kind staff. delicious ice cream. i am truly amazed to have found this spot in montreal. nice terrace in the back to sit or cushions inside , really nice experience. a true 10/10 gem

Tellement surprise par cet endroit. Au début j étais hésitante à goûter le sorbet prune & poire mais finalement la combinaison était juste incroyable & pas trop sucré. Le staff est aussi à l écoute & très gentil.
