The creativity of the owners, Chiu & Océane is extraordinary. Not only are they incredibly kind & welcoming, but their artistic vision 🎨 shines through in every flavor they create. They have mastered the art of using the freshest ingredients & marrying unexpected, atypical combinations in a way that feels both innovative & harmonious. Their flavors evolve with the seasons, changing every week & highlighting unique local ingredients-from delicate olive oil 🫒 to aromatic spruce tips 🌲 & wild Québec blueberries 🫐.

What makes the experience even more special is their generosity & passion for sharing their creations. They never hesitate to offer complimentary samples of their newest flavors, inviting you to discover their latest inspirations. This week's lychee-inspired gelato was a perfect example of their genius innovation-fresh, delicate, & beautifully balanced. 🍧

Most amazing ice cream place ever. They come up with really creative combinations of flavor that work so well together, & the quality is unbeatable. Everything is super tasty & clearly made with the best & freshest ingredients. Also the service is top notch. The burrata gelato with white peach & rosemary sorbet, with the olive oil drizzle & salt was incredible! Could not recommend enough!

Amazing ice cream spot. The ice cream is fresh, delicious, & not too sweet-you can really tell they use quality ingredients. The drizzle of olive oil & sea salt on top was perfect. There's also a nice little patio in the back.
