Excellente expérience, la nourriture était très bonne, la serveuse très serviable & de bon conseil. Les menus a 49$ valent la peine, c'est très varié & amical, & le service est rapide

Honesty, the food, the vibe, the service, everything, exceeded our expectations. Will definitely be back & would definitely recommend to meat lovers. My new favourite restaurant, thanks so much 🤗

Un super beau resto, le décor est magnifique & j'aime bien la thématique cowboy. Nous étions 4 alors nous avons pris l'assiette a partager ranch. Une abondance de nourriture. A mon goût, il y a trop de viande très relevé (trop épicé), il serait bien de doser dans les saveurs. La gaufre au maïs, nous sommes 3 qui n'avons pas aimé c'est pour cette raison le 4 étoiles. Somme toute je recommande le resto, la pochaine le smash burger sera mon choix!

Short UPDATE OCTOBER 2024 Went back to this great spot. Always fun always great atmosphere but Music is way way too loud. Still cannot have a conversation with anyone because the music is blasting so loud it is actually not enjoyable. Food wise it's still great but Brisket still has not been mastered, A little dry. I've been here about 7 or 8 times & the brisket tastes good but it is always dry. Needs improvement. Ribs were good especially since there was no sweet sauce on them this time. Turkey is very good. Porc belly always awesome. Sides are good too. All in all still a great place but gotta improve that brisket & lower the sound a bit! UPDATED NOVEMBER 2023 Still one of my favorite spots on the north shore but i must say they really still need to work on a few things. It was my 6th time here since the opening & i have to say that not once has the brisket been very good & this last time it was extremely dry & flavorless. Really need to work on the Brisk. They had no more porc Belly left at 8 oclock. C'mon guys. Everytime we go theres a meat missing. It's a saturday night. Porc Belly is probably the cheapest & most popular meat there. Just make more....ITS A FULL HOUSE SATURDAY NIGHT! Ribs are okay at best, way too salty though. Smash Burger always EXCELLENT. Sides were great also including poutine & Mac & Cheese. Sausage was forgettable. Service also needs work. But its a packed house & they are probably short staffed so i'll give them some slack there All to say brought down the rating because what should be the stars of the show don't seem to be the stars of the show anymore. It's more about the sides & burgers Notes for Brisket: Maybe cook it to 165 then wrap it till 200 with tallow (optional) & let rest as long as possible (even up to 12 hours) in a low oven till you need to serve it. Brisket should be nice & juicy not tough & dry. Maybe the brisket has some parts that are dryer than others if it is not well squared before cooking. Thats normal. But maybe dont serve it. It's not enjoyable when you're paying 45$/lb _____________________________________________________________ The food is quite good. For a smokehouse in Montreal, it's probably one of the best alongside Lattuca BBQ & Blackstrap BBQ. I still think Blackstrap & Lattuca have this place Beat but if you are from the north shore you don't have to drive too far & it's very convenient. It is miles above & beyond any other "smokehouse" you can get on the north shore like RUBS (worst excuse for a BBQ i've ever seen) or Le Baril. It is a new place, it will get better with time i believe. One thing that needs to change is the service. The waiters are not trained. They do not know the menu & they are not very professional/inexperienced. Service & Employees need a serious wake up call. As for the Food, the brisket & Ribs were very tender & the spices just right. I would lay off the sweetness & sweet sauces on the outer layer & just showcase the meat & bark on those bad boys but that is just personal preference. Fries are alright. nothing special but the Fitos-chili was scumptuous. Brisket Poutine is also quite nice. Try the Smash Burgers. They are worth it. One negative...WAY TOO LOUD! its crazy. Please turn it down a little. You cant talk to people or hear anything. I almost went deaf. Give the place a shot. They're working hard trying to make it work & i'm sure they will. Great Spot ! Keep up the great work.

The waitress that showed us our seat was rude. We ordered the Rodeo Meat Platter, & the meat was tender & juicy but the dry rub was SO SALTY. The best meat was the turkey. The service messed up our order twice, did not remove the mistake on the recipe. The service was slow The table we had was in the middle of a crowded arcade area, which produced a lot of noises. The old fashion I ordered was below average, they used crushed ice instead a single large ice cube. It took a lot of time to get our recipe. Overall, it was a bad experience & was not worth the price. I don't think we'll be coming back anytime soon. The smash burgers, nacho brisket & bret salad were on point though!

Commençons par le principal : BOUFFE Moi & mes amis sont pris le plateau ranch & avons pu goûter a presque tous le menu du coup. Voici ce que j'en pense (je suis cuisinier & boucher) Porc effiloché : amazing Côtes levées: les meilleures j'ai mangé a vie Brisket: super tendre & juteux mais beaucoup trop salé Dinde: sec mais savoureux Pork belly: gras, tendre & plein de saveur Poutine incroyable. La portion de nacho est exagérément trop généreuse. Le bacon autour des Twinkies est over seasoned, mais le jalapeno lui même est excellent. Pour une première expérience avec des viandes cuites au smoker, je donne une note globale de 9.4/10. Bien que je suis 0 fan de country, l'ambiance était fun. Ça donnait envie de prendre du bon whisky & des tequila. Malgré que les barmaids étaient Nice & on offert un beau service, les cocktails sont selon moi le point faible du restaurant. Je recommande & reviendrai définitivement. Merci d'avoir lu

Unbelievable food right from the smoker they have on display. The meat was incredible, & the service was also phenomenal. Our server Felix was super attentive & helpful, always with a big smile, food came out really fast, & when one of our drinks came our wrong (due to a machine problem, the bar staff are also great), he changed it immediately. Really, I am very impressed with this place. Shout out to Felix for the great service & the whole team for a fantastic meal. The only thing I think could improve is that the selection of hot sauces. Frank's red hot & tabasco don't qualify as "hot" sauce to me, would have killed for something stronger. Otherwise 10/10. UPDATE: We came back & it's still fantastic. Miguel was our server this time & once again the service was impeccable. The meat is out of this world & I can't stress enough how fast it comes out, it's amazing. The sauces still leave something to be desired. Could improve on this point still

Bouffe incroyablement bon Service assez ordinaire au niveau des serveur oublie souvent on doit leur rappeler 2-3 fois pour avoir quelques chose. Parlent souvent entre eux & ne porte pas attention au client. Pour l'ambiance c'est le fun !

Wow quelle belle découverte!!! Du plaisir sur toute la ligne! Je vais y retourner c'est certain. Le staff dès l'acceuil, la serveuse sympatique, les gens qui nous montre dans quelle direction aller pour danser même pour les pré-débutants. Je n'ai que de bons mots à dire.

For first timers, I recommend getting the Rodeo platter ($49 per person). You'll be able to try a lot of their meats & fixings. I was the odd one out & ordered specific menu items just to try them out, the Brisket & Chili Burger. The serving size was miniscule & nothing wowed me as I'm not the biggest BBQ eater, but the rest of my party seemed to enjoy their platters.

Un mot décrivant mon souper à ce resto ce soir : WOW !!! J'ai adoré la poutine pork belly ! Mes parents avaient commandé un plateau à partager, donc j'ai pu goûter à d'autres viandes. J'ai eu un gros coup de coeur pour le brisket & les côtes levées ! Le service fut excellent.
