Pour une première fois j'ai vraiment aimé mon expérience avec un plat à partager pour 2 personnes à prix abordable en plus de ne pas avoir tout mangé j'ai pu ramener le reste pour un 2e repas
The food is to die for , bring an empty stomach because you are going to fill it up! Might not suggest for a first date because you will be bloated ( for a good cause). Servers are polite & are all in cowboy apparel which is awesome!! The ambiance is very nice however the music might be a little louder than one would like. The drinks are also fantastic. This quickly became my favorite restaurant! ♡☆

Souper pour 4 - 2 adultes 2 ados Special assiette Ranch - viandes & à-côtés + cheeseburger (×2) + soupe aux pois + Portions généreuses / viandes correctes, sans plus - cheeseburger (smash) correct, sans plus - salade césar était sèche, peu de sauce / vinaigrette + harcicots verts croquants / très bons / frites correctes, mais on a eu droit au "fond de panier" des petits morceaux frits & re-frits - Mac & cheese crémeux, mais peu goûteux - Pain "carré" très sec & pas de beurre offert - Soupe aux pois - pas la traditionelle! Les à-cotés refroidissent très vite (servis dans des barquettes de cartons), donc on se sent poussés à soit manger rapidement ou accepter de manger froid. Service: a débuté ordinaire. On a rapidement été avisé que la réservation était pour 2 heures, pas plus. La serveuse est venue nous voir & nous présenter le menu & n'est jamais revenue. Celle qui a pris la relève était tres cordiale & efficace. Ambiance: beau décor, mais définitivement pas l'endroit pour jaser ou se retrouver en famille... la musique est forte & les gens essayent de parler plus fort que la musique pour s'entendre. Difficile!! On était aussi très cordé, style cabane à sucre: devoir tasser la table pour laisser passer l'autre famille, mais devoir la retasser pour que le personnel puisse passer. Je comprends vouloir maximiser l'espace, mais ce n'est pas une réussite. En gros, ça ne vaut pas tant le "hype". Je n'y retournerai pas.
La nourriture super tout est super bon par contre le gérance des réservations trop serré on peut pas prendre le temps de profiter du moment mais les employés sont superbes. Ça vaut le détour.
This is by far my favourite restaurant. I've been here 10+ times since I've heard about it & every time my experience is amazing. Never had any problems with the food nor the waiters. Waiters are generally friendly & accommodating to your needs. I strongly suggest the brisket, pork belly, Mac & cheese, Texas twinkies(spicy warning) & the mashed potatoes. If I could come here everyday I would!
L'atmosphère est incroyable! Je recommande fortement ce restaurant pour vos soirées festives ou pour regarder un match de hockey ou football. Julien nous a offert un service impeccable.
The food is mid. The burger have no taste. The brisket is good but the bark have no taste. I'm missing the smokey flavor. Too much hype. This is a good BBQ restaurant but nothing exceptional.
Nous avons ete dans ce resto pour la fete de mon amie nous avons reserver on a attendu max 2 min avant d'avoir notre table ce fut une excellente soirer nous avons danser, nous avont rit en masse la bouffe etais excellente & les drink aussi nous avons passer un beau moment & clairement je vais recommander a mes amies

Excellent bouffe! Le service ordinaire, beaucoup de manque de boisson! Lorsqu'ont viens pour passer une commande de boisson le serveur nous demande de payer & après une fille viens nous voir pour quitter! Très ordinaire de perde sa table avec nos breuvage pleins!
As someone that has eaten BBQ all across the usa I'm not impressed by the food.. I feel like the brisket didn't have a smoke ring & was more dry. The pork belly was really good & tender. I didn't find the sauces are a little different. Don't expect the Kansas style or south Carolina vinegarette style BBQ sauce. The mac & cheese was really delicious tho. I love the alldente pasta & how creamy it is. I'm definitely a fan. Service was great. I sat alone at the bar & the barmaid helped & & answered all my questions. Service was fast & the place was pretty busy for Thursday 6:30pm. The ambiance is really nice. K love the,decor & how it has like a funky country style mix. I enjoyed the country music & the animal decorations especially that floating alligator. Would come again but more for the vibe. I would not come for the food.
Just wanted to post an update - After dining here in July & several other times in restaurant or for take out, now in January of 2025 I can confidently say the food is awesome - delicious in every way. Good portions & great quality. Decor is also out of this world particularly during the Xmas period. Love it! - ---- Heard a lot about this place on social media & being a huge fan of BBQ I'm really glad to have tried it. Our group of 5 dined here on Satuday July 6th around 4:30 PM. We made a reservation online. This was a bit earlier than we wanted but figured it would be more ideal to ensure they do not run out of the specialty meats served on this day. Saturday's special is the smoked beef ribs- the menu emphasizes they are first come first serve "until we run out". We were seated on a large communal style wooden pic nic table in the middle of the restaurant. There is a mix of booth seating, individual chairs & these pic nic tables. I wish I had an actual chair with a back rest as sitting on the bench without back support for a while can get quite uncomfortable. Despite being early for supper, the restaurant was already pretty full by 5PM. We noticed at least 2 birthday groups & a bachelor party going on. This is a great place for birthdays & events - there is a second floor where they can accomodate large groups. The atmosphere is loud country fun - great decorations, country music playing the whole time & tv screens featuring rodeo or music videos. There are even certain times during the week where they have line dancing - I've seen many videos of patrons dancing on the tables - this is the vibe I was a bit afraid of. It's rowdy so I suggest coming earlier or a weekday if you want something more peaceful. Our group each opted for the "ranch experience" platter. This is $59 a person. You get about pound & a half of meat per person, a sampling of all options on the menu. Brisket, pork belly, porc ribs & smoked turkey. Every one also gets a smashburger. We paid extra to have beef ribs as well ($80). There are sides to share, coleslaw, fries, mac & cheese (amazing!!), fried popcorn chicken. This experience platter is a great option to taste several things on the menu - if you have a big appetite or just like seing lots of food, highly recommend. Honestly some of the best BBQ I've ever. I've tried all the major spots in & around Montreal & often travel to the USA, I've been eating BBQ for some time & also cook it at home, so have an idea what to expect - Jack Flat really sets the bar high. The brisket & beef ribs are so flavorful & tender, the chicken, turkey, just about everything was juicy. Even the sides - the double fried brown french fries are amazing, the mac & cheese is so goocey & creamy, not dry or overcooked like many other places. I love that each table gets bottles of their homemade sauces & there is a big roll of paper towels for you. I wish I tasted some other appetizers or options - the menu can be hard to figure out as there are little descriptions & no pictures. For example they have a "Texas Twinkie", I thought this was deep fried twinkie cakes at first but is a jalapeno popper wrapped in bacon. Make sure to study the menu well & ask questions if you're not sure. If you enjoy real american bbq you won't be disappointed. Just taking a star away for the very loud atmosphere & some uncomfortable seating in some cases. Pricing is also on the high end. Main meal options on the menu do not generally come with sides - everything is an extra so the bill adds up fast.
