Jack Flat BBQ propose une ambiance vibrante et festive ainsi qu'un décor western unique que de nombreux clients apprécient pour les sorties entre amis ou pour regarder des matchs. Une grande variété de viandes fumées, notamment le brisket, les côtes levées et les smash burgers, est souvent décrite comme étant délicieuse, généreuse et savoureuse. Bien que le service soit fréquemment souligné pour son efficacité, sa rapidité et son aspect chaleureux, les expériences peuvent varier selon les visites. Certains clients trouvent les prix élevés et notent que l'atmosphère animée peut être très bruyante, ce qui ne convient pas nécessairement à tout le monde. Nous avons ete dans ce resto pour la fete de mon amie nous avons reserver on a attendu max 2 min avant d'avoir notre table ce fut une excellente soirer nous avons danser, nous avont rit en masse la bouffe etais excellente & les drink aussi nous avons passer un beau moment & clairement je vais recommander a mes amies
Waiters & waitresses were excellent. We were a group of 21 & no ones had to wait long for asking for something. Food was really good & also drinks. Around 10pm, there were people dancing on country musics.
Unbelievable food right from the smoker they have on display. The meat was incredible, & the service was also phenomenal. Our server Felix was super attentive & helpful, always with a big smile, food came out really fast, & when one of our drinks came our wrong (due to a machine problem, the bar staff are also great), he changed it immediately. Really, I am very impressed with this place. Shout out to Felix for the great service & the whole team for a fantastic meal. The only thing I think could improve is that the selection of hot sauces. Frank's red hot & tabasco don't qualify as "hot" sauce to me, would have killed for something stronger. Otherwise 10/10. UPDATE: We came back & it's still fantastic. Miguel was our server this time & once again the service was impeccable. The meat is out of this world & I can't stress enough how fast it comes out, it's amazing. The sauces still leave something to be desired. Could improve on this point still

Too expensive on the meat for the portion size & It was cold when it got to the table. I know it's smoked, but there was still a good amount of unrendered fat on the ribs which was less than appetizing cold. I was expecting something closer to what I experienced in Nashville, the food was just not there. Drinks at Happy hour were a good price. Ketchup bottle was old & fermenting, it literally exploded when we opened the cap 😂 Atmosphere is great, so it's a shame.
Great food verry tasty they have to work on they're drinks it taste just alcohol the cocktails & the service was verry slow maybe it's because they're verre busy
Visited Jack Flat's on my first time in Laval's centropolis as it seemed like the most unique choice. They put the space to great use, adorning the room with lots of southern-cowboy-esque decor. They even clear space for square dancing in the evenings which was fun to see. The service was great. Lots of seating on their outdoor patio section. A very impressive drink menu with loads of fun options. As for the food menu, the variety is alright. Some good options, with the ribs probably being the top pick. The brisket was good but paled in comparison to others I've had. I'm a huge mac n cheese love so couldn't skip that, I was pleased with the level of creaminess. Doesn't come close to real Southern BBQ but for Quebec, it will do.
First impression was it was super country decided & well lit up inside. You gotta reserve in advance though as this place is super busy & lines go outside to her in if you don't réserve. I w had the pork belly, ribs, brisket & potatoes it was SOOOOOO good - just like what you'd eat in Tennessee, Texas. My only complaint is that I wanted more drinks & the waitress was busy obviously with the crazy amount of people !
wow . super bon resto . brisket sublime mac & cheese surprenant . nous avons eu le menu de groupe donc on a gouter a plusieurs viande/a coté dont salade ceasar , gauffre au maïs , feve , frite ect drink varié & tres bon 👍 nous y retournons certain .
Le service était médiocre. J'aurais dû écrire moi même sur la tablette. Le repas était très ordinaire. Je fais de meilleurs burger. Par contre la salade de patates était très bonne. Les drinks étaient banale mais au moins il y avait de l'alcool. Zéro ambiance à l'extérieur.
First time at this type of restaurant, I was not expecting the interior to be decorated in such ways. The place is clean & the staff is really friendly. The waiter was made the effort to speak English to us despite his mild accent. The food was good, but nothing to impressing to make, & it was an interesting experience for the decor. The place is intriguing. This is more of a place to go have a casse-croute & have some drinks with friends. I would probably go back one day.
