Horrible service. Worst waiter I've ever had. So slow. Came back to the table to ask same questions for everything. Waited 25mins for my bday cake only yo be told there was no more keylime pie. Everyone was so frustrated that I ended saying pls just give us the bills. My bill was wrong *he added drinks on mine that belongs to my sister* & my brother in law said... no way ur fixing that...because he was afraid it would take him another 25mins. Won't go back.

Everything was perfect. Except the brisket was dry.
But the rest was 5/5
-Service, Mac & cheese, ribs, pork belly, coleslaw, onions & pickles, fries, drinks.

Food is delicious as usual, but our waitress was overwhelmed, our drinks sat at the bar at least 15 minutes before being served. Food delivery was also much slower than usual unfortunately :(

Hier soir était notre 1ere fois chez vous
Sommes arrivé à 17:30 & sorti à 18:05
Nous avons informé la serveuse que c'était notre 1ere fois mais elle ne nous a pas informé au moment de la commande que ça prenait 3 minutes pour avoir notre plat
N'avions pas pris 2 gorgées de notre drink que l'assiette arrivait
BEAUCOUP de gras pas beaucoup de viandes
En plus tiède & non chaud
Dès que nous avons eu terminer avons été desservie & la facture arrive & la serveuse reste la avec la machine pour que nous puissions payer immédiatement
Nous avons eu le sentiment de se faire avoir !
$132.00 + pourboire pour avoir BEAUCOUP de gras & 35 minutes dans le resto
Ça fait cher la minute
Avons été très très déçu & nous ne recommanderons pas votre resto

Le seul manque à gagner serait d'avoir une meilleure variété de sauce (bbq sucré, bbq fumé, sauce piquante agrumes, etc). La nourriture était 5/5 une bonne balance de sel entre les viandes (brisket très salé, mais ribs pas beaucoup, c'était parfait). Petite inconsistance au niveau du bar entre deux même drink. L'équipe très compétente, rapide & à l'écoute. Augmenter un peu la température à l'intérieur ou même laisser un peu l'espace dégager l'odeur de bbq (on était surpris à quel point le reste ne sentait pas les viandes).

Second time visiting so I decided to write a review. Food is pretty good. Good selection of drinks. Most importantly customer service was really good. I definitely recommend this place.

The beef ribs were good & tender but they were the saltiest thing i ever had in my life. The fries were a little bit over salted. The poutine was good. Service was excellent waiter was knowledgable. The bartender at the bar wanted us to pay before our drinks were even made.

Au delà de mes attentes, nous avons pris 1/2 lbs de toutes les viandes + des à côtés, & tout était solide, les drinks étaient aussi excellents! Visite du smoker en prime avec quelques tips sur la façon de cut la brisket en live! Overall belle & bonne place à essayer!

We were clearly not the demographic they wanted to serve. Predominately groups that eat until they are full, while we came for a quick dinner after work. The music was too loud. The waitresses only catered to the bigger tables ordering multiple rounds of drinks.

I've heard great things about the place, unfortunately it was not our experience. When we got the drink, I realized after a few sips that the glass was cracked. Then when we got the food, my burger was not cooked, unfortunately I only really after the first bite. It was quickly replaced, which was appreciated- but being 8 months pregnant I would have rather not being exposed to that.

Food was great. Atmosphere fantastic. HORRIBLE SERVICE. All servers had their heads in the moon. They never offered us to get drinks brought us food & we needed to ask 3 times for utensils. Never offered dessert. Asked for 3 separate bills. We realized after we left that they charged us for food we did not order. Like salmon tartare which I did not see on the menu. They even charged for extra drinks. I recommend the place but be careful with checking your bill.

Nice place. Lots of customers. The waiters were friendly. Drinks were also good. The food? Don't know, because we never got it. After waiting for more then an hour, we paid for our drinks & left. I have never waited for food this long in my life. It was a very disappointing experience. We will not be going back.

Amazing concept! Food is good, drinks are good! We all enjoyed it! Second time already, will probably be going back with bigger group! Service is impeccable! I hope it stays this way

Smash burgers were delicious , pork belly & brisket were great , didn't like the ribs quite dry , all that being said the waitress was terrible we had gone there to watch the hockey game & eat & drink after our meal was done she brought our bills without us asking for them we wanted to stay there & continue with drinks but felt forced to leave she was so slow for everything else except bringing us the bill ,after paying the bill we didn't feel like ordering more drinks & getting another bill therefore we left & went to another resto to continue the hockey games & drink , I don't think our group will return there unless they make a change in their service

La Brisket était sec, le mac & cheeze était froid à l'arrivée, le flanc de porc pas cut assez longtemps.
L'ambiance était très agréable & la variété de drinks de très bon goût.

The place was great , Felix our waiter was A+ . The queso hotdog was amazing ! Wasn't fond of the cole slaw nor the cauliflower . It could use a review on the recipe . Other than that , great vibe & music & the drinks were fun .
