I remember a better Jack Astor's...
Friday evening,
We were three (2 adults & a minor),
The place was not packed.

- food was ok/good but overpriced for what you get. Shrinkflation is a thing here.

- staff was friendly but service was a bit slow. I heard 'coming with your drinks' at least 5-6 times. We had to ask for utensils as well when the food came?!

I30$ (tip included) bill for 3 burgers with fries, 2 drinks, 1 mocktail....

I miss pre-covid times I guess...

Horrible service! Unorganized to say the least. Made reservations for 4 people Bar section they gave us seats behind the draft machine where you couldn't watch the game with one place on the other side. No one tried to accommodate us or gave us options.Very in competent ! We had to figure it out ourselves . Forgot to bring us sauces for wings & nachos. We actually got one sauce when the wings were done ! Slow service. Drinks took forever . 7 minutes left in 3rd period they asked us to move to other side of dining room because a kid joined us with his mom dor the last few minutes . They could of left us there especially after spending so much money over the weekend there . Management knows nothing about alcohol laws,sitting at table near bar isn't the bar . Friday nights service was great ! Sunday night useless staff . Lazy , mixed up. Too busy watching their phones instead of doing their job . Result 0$ tip & loss of clients. So disappointed.

I wanna tell about experience in here. It was really really bad. I ordered food there was no fork, no servetten & I ordered Canada Dry. There was a guy name Sam & he told there is another brand the same taste. It was not the same taste. we didnt drink & ask them to change. they brought it was smelling chlorine. We also paid all the drinks that we didnt drink. Meat was normal. I cant complain it.

C'est cher pour pas grand chose de qualité. Les calmars frits pas de sauce même si on a demander 3 fois.
Burger correct.
Les drinks pas fameux. Trop sucré pas assez d'alcool
Le staff est très gentil & serviable

Belle expérience à chaque fois ! Que se soit entre amies, en couple ou en famille, nous y trouvons toujours notre compte ! Nous adorons le côté bar pour les sorties d'amis ou en couple. Service exceptionnel par Clara à toutes les fois! Toujours de bonnes recommandations autant pour la bouffe que les drink. Sa bonne humeur, son sourire & son service sont toujours top !

Nous avons essayer les nachos & les ailes de poulet..honnêtement nous avons pas apprecier la bouffe mais le service est vraiment bon & les drinks aussi! Meilleur chance la prochaine fois j'imagine

Pour l'expérience en général c'était super !! Clara est une serveuse géniale, je ne savais pas quel drink prendre, elle m'a guidé & ma proposée un choix vraiment parfait !! Côté nourriture j'ai mangé Les boucles au poulet asiago à la sauce crémeuse au fromage.... Je dois avouer que j'ai chercher la sauce malheureusement. Pour vrai c'est mon seul bémol. Pour l'ambiance, bien c'est Jack, toujours une belle ambiance festives. Merci encore à Clara pour son excellent service ! (En plus mon chum avait oublié son cellulaire sur la table en partant, & l'équipe a prit soins de le mettre en sécurité jusqu'à notre retour) merci !!

The food is very good, if you have a big stomach & you're craving some good quality food I highly recommend going at jack astor's! The drinks are amazing too. A nice place to spend time with your lover, friends & family.
