The food was good but found our server Dylan to be very unprofessional & didn't put part of our order in correctly. He managed to hit my bf with the menu book while taking it off the table, when told that he didn't apologize , begged us to review restaurant on here due to his manager'getting on his ass' about needing 3 reviews per shift. Overall food good but service unprofessional & bad.View more

Dylan went out of his way to be attentive to my daughter, whose birthday it was, but she is shy. He accommodated her by quietly bringing her a brownie & made her feel extra special. He was quick to help us out & super friendly! One of the best servers we have had at Jacks in a long time!View more

We were visiting from out of Province & had to check out the Dorval location. Dylan was our server & he approached us with a bilingual greeting which we appreciated. He was attentive & thorough. I was at Jack Astors Dorval twice this week. Both times I had exceptional service. My order came as ordered (picky eater) & everything was hot & tasty. Brandy. Dylan & Stacy (assistant General Manager) went above & beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend their nachos, asiago bow ties, burgers & tacos! May I suggest the ownership group brings back their quesadillas. They were AMAZING. BRING THEM BACK!!!!!View more
