10/10 experience. The ice cream is amazing! Even the vanilla soft serve had such a yummy milky flavour. Amazing & friendly staff that gave a killer recommendation. The huge line was intimidating but it only took like 10 minutes max. I recommend reading the menu ahead of time to not slow it down at busy times as it's a bit hard to read in line. Worth the hype & will be back!View more

Really impressive ice cream! The flavors are bold & true to what they're supposed to be - the pistachio actually tasted like real pistachio, & the chocolate was rich & deep, not just sugary. You can tell they use fresh, natural ingredients with no artificial colors or preservatives. Plus, there's a wide variety of flavors to choose from.
Price is on the higher compared to other ice cream joints.
Service:
Super fast & efficient. The staff really know their ice cream, which is great considering how many options they offer. I appreciated the thoughtful recommendations - they clearly know their product well.
Atmosphere:
It's a small spot with only a few places to sit, so most people grab their ice cream & go. Not a hangout-type place, but it's clean & well-maintained. Perfect for a quick stop on a warm day.

The best place for those of us with lactose intolerance! Even with my IBS, which gives me a LOT of sensitivities to a wide assortment of items, I've never had issues with Iconoglace. Fantastic service as always, staff is amazingly quick even during rush yet still very friendly! It's my all time favorite ice cream place, & the only one I've found that I can pick the vast majority of flavors without compromising.
The only thing I would say is that their cheesecake flavors are not lactose free, but that's my only'complaint', & only because as most lactose intolerant people, I love cheese. But that's really the only'negative', if you can even call it thatView more

This ice-cream place was so good! I had their matcha flavour which really satisfied my craving. It was easy to find parking & not too expensive. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the outline of the menu seeing as I got a little lost in it with all the options but a lot of options is never a bad thing & the staff was a huge help. Love to see smiles on people working! Definitely coming back here again!View more

I ordered Sundae ice cream cup called Mont Royale - i find they gave a lot of stuff over there, nuts/pretzels, peanut butter, chocolate fudge, caramel & half cookie bites. They seem to be known for their super fancy sundaes. It tastes good… the ice cream itself tastes milky. The only problem is that the caramel was more at the bottom, & it was pretty hard to mix, in the middle it was a lot of peanut butter & it will be too sweet at the end, But still very good. It was my first time going to Iconoglace.
We also ordered the tangerine slushy with the ice cream. The tangerine slushy is super good, sour & refreshing.
It was super busy & we wait in line for a while but not so bad.View more

I had two issues with the ice cream, it was melted & too soft for an ice cream, even the employee admitted that it is soft & the taste was not as great as reviews here! I am sure better ice cream places are in Montreal. It's worth to visit one time!View more

Meilleures crèmes glacées de Montréal / Best Montreal Ice Cream! I was going out of my way to eat ice cream here until they opened the store front in the mile end! Their immense menu forces you to come back! I've had the daily specials that are always so tasty, also had their slush, their floats, the sundaes & the ice cream sandwiches! Whether it's for a small treat you can get the mini or you want to really treat yourself you can go for the larger sizes, there are options for everyone. Don't be spooked by the line up that often stretches out of the store & around the corner, it's much quicker than it looks & well worth the wait!View more

Great ice cream, expect long waits at peak times, although they are pretty quick & efficient. Their seasonal blends & special sundaes makes it worthwhile to visit more than once in the summer. Unfortunate that dogs aren't allowed inside anymore. Not sure what happened, but I hope that decision can be overturned in the future, especially when raining/cold outside & a dog is on a leash.View more
