I think this place is overhyped. We paid over $20 for two sundaes that were underwhelming. I do give it 4 stars because the quality of the soft serve was better than I've had elsewhere. But the sundaes left something to be desired. The vibes of the place were fun though. Just be aware: you're definitely paying for the experience, not the ice cream.Voir plus

Icono glace est une des meilleures glace qu'on puisse prendre à Montréal. L'ambiance intérieure est magnifique, climatisée & agréable. Il y a très souvent une file d'attente dépendamment de l'heure à laquelle vous y allez. Le choix est hallucinant, les glaces sont toutes magnifiques & très garnies. Les portions sont un peu grosses à mon goût, & le prix est assez élevé mais c'est de la qualité!Voir plus

3rd: cornet gaufre avec 2 boules de la belle verte 4/5 & dure à dire 5/5 2nd: la saveur de la semaine-citron vert 4/5 1st: Had iced tea with vanilla ice cream, surprisingly it was pretty much a normal portion of ice cream which was around a half cup. Le staff moins expérimenté qu'a l'autre location, moi & mon amie avont reçu des "Variantes" dans nos commanges, pas de beurre de peanut dans le sundae mon royal, du dulche de leche dans le sundae moment, des churros au lieu du coffee cake, etc... & ça débordait de partout. Writing this review on behalf of my friend who asked a worker for cookie dough ice cream, & was recommended a vegan "cookie dough" ice cream that was honestly so bad. Like not good. The things I've gotten have been just mid so I would recommend trying out another gentrified ice cream spot in the Plateau, like Blueboy. A bit pricey but well worth it: extremely creative sundaes & soft ice cream, with a vast range of offerings & flavours. Fast service despite the instant flow of customers. Amazing ice cream! So much to choose from! You can mix & match a few items, you have vegan options too! Great portions! Costumer service always spot on! Very helpful staff, they ask the right questions, super friendly & welcoming. 1. The new location is definitely well thought out. You can eat your ice cream on their recently built patio. 2. They have a little play area for your toddlers at the back upstairs of their ice cream shop. 3. There's so much seatings in the store & around. 4. You can even have a glace of water. (I appreciate that! I always drink water after ice cream 😆) 5. Got ice cream on your face or hands? No worries, you either can go to the washroom to wash your hands or there's a sink right next to where you receive your ice cream! 6. Big lineup up front? No worries, 2 exits at the back of the ice cream shop! You guys really outdid yourselves with this layout & decor. Aesthetically pleasing, fun & functional.
