We stopped in on a cold, snowy evening Montréal & were warmly welcomed by the hostess/waitress. She was pleasant & outgoing, also at least bi-lingual, French & English. There were a few other patrons, yet we were wrapped in the warm
Atmosphere of the restaurant.
We opted for sushi from the broad menu & there was not a missed step in the simple presentation or delicious items were were provided with. The Salmon sushi was top notch & the tuna was grand. The eel was as close to just right as any sushi experience we have had lately. There was Japanese music on the speakers & a television tuned to a non stop series of presentation on Japanese art, dance & food. That may not be everyone's cup of tea, yet it was just right here. Like being in a friends living room trading stories & having delicious food & drink.
Nous sommes allés manger des sushis & c'était excellent. L'accueil était super chaleureux & le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment génial! Nous recommandons sans hésiter :)
October 2025: ordered from the sushi side this time. Ordered 5 different Maki & also the salmon pizza & eel oshizushi. All of it was enjoyable.
March 2025: Had the tonkotsu ramen which was tasty but had less meat & egg than other places I find. Takoyaki was alright, but there was too much of a mayo sauce on it that threw it off. Tako wasabi was good but is a small portion considering how big it looks in the picture. Teriyaki tofu was as it should be.
Loved my lunch here, the sushi was amazingly fresh & tasted fantastic. Great ambience in this little place.

The sushi was okay, but the waiting time for both taking our order & preparing the meal was too long; even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. If you're really hungry or in a rush, I wouldn't recommend this place. It seems like they need more staff to improve service efficiency.
Je recommandes vivement cette endroit, je suis amateur du sushi & j'ai essayé beaucoup d'endroits & ça c'est vraiment un coup de coeur, la madame était gentille avec nous & surtout tres accueillante .

Great spot that cares about the quality of their ingredients & service. Ive gotten take-out & dined-in several times & tried most of the menu. Sushi are well made & the cut of fish is generous, ramen is full of flavour, miso soup is made with quality miso paste. The flavours are authentic, even the sesame ice cream tastes like real sesame. Warm sake is definitely heated in a hot bath & not microwaved, it comes at a perfect temperature that the ceramic flask holds for quite some time. Nicely presented with a small towel tied at the neck. The only comment I have is that the lighting inside is a touch bright for my preference.
I've been eating at this place biweekly for the past year. The most delicious sushi in town!!! Honestly every piece is made with love & care & theres so much taste. Every roll has its unique taste & some rolls are sooooo creative. When i discovered ichiraku kawaki i stopped going to every open sushi place in the city because their sushi is so mid, there's no creativity
Pas comme sur les photos du combo. Très déçu, je ne recommande pas Les pires sushis que j'ai vu (à part ceux à l'épicerie) Sur la photo on voit du saumon cru dans les sushi & des maki aux avocats, pas aux concombre.
The Poke bowl, Tonkatsu & sushi were fantastic. Definitely recommend!
We had spicy shrimp & dragon eye sushi & both were perfect, delicious & very fresh. Highly recommended.
Sushi was super gross, received my order ate one piece & it threw the rest in the trash. Not to mention it was literally falling apart while I was trying to eat it. Giving two starts cause my son did like his dumplings
So fresh!!! The sushi tuna & salmon fish are such good quality. Super ripe avocado too. Recently discovered this place on uber eats & I think it deserves more love! Amazing food!
My gf & I LOVE this place. We order almost every time we are in the area. We have brought multiple friend groups & filled out many free poke bowl punch cards. They have it all, sushi, poke, ramen, spring rolls, coconut shrimp. It all tastes great! We tried the sushi pizza, we were a little nervous, but other than being a little slaty, it was great.
