Absolutely unacceptable service. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would.

The bathroom was disgusting, there was urine all over the floor, which was extremely unsanitary.

The service was just as disappointing. Our server, a Spanish man with glasses, barely communicated with us. He did not properly explain the menu, interrupted us while we were trying to order, & seemed impatient throughout the entire experience. At one point, he spilled water on my shoes & instead of apologizing, he casually said,'It's just water.'
It was also very obvious that he was much more comfortable & attentive with the Spanish-speaking table next to us, while we were treated poorly.

What shocked me most was that despite having a reservation, we were asked to pay & leave because they needed the table(after 2 hours). What is the point of making a reservation if you are going to rush customers out? I reserved specifically to have a table available & to enjoy the experience without being pressured.
When we declined the bottle service, his attitude changed immediately, which made it feel like the quality of service depends entirely on how much money customers spend.
I have dined at much busier & far more upscale restaurants, & I have never been asked to leave. This was deeply disappointing & completely unprofessional.

I won't recommend this place to anyone!

Aucune écoute. La commande n'a pas bien été prise. Des patates ont été rajoutées, des crevette ont été servi à la place des palourdes & nos morceaux de boeuf ont été oubliés. Lorsqu'ils nous ont demander éventuellement la cuisson de la viande, nous avons bien précisé que la viande devait être bien cuit vue que je suis enceinte & bien sûr elle est arriver saignante ! Bref aucune compensation seulement retirer les patates de la facture. Vraiment désolant

Super restaurant, tout la nourriture était excellente surtout la pieuvre & paella, l'ambiance est familiale & notre serveuse marianne était très gentille & a l'écoute, j'y retournerai la prochaine fois que je vais à Montréal !

Excellent decors, Excellent service & Excellent tapas (especially the croquettas). The black paella is amazing with pretty generous portion (albeit could use a bit more seafood).The ribeye steak is a bit underwhelming & small for the price.
