I was really excited to try Pho for the first time, but it ended up being a bit underwhelming for me. Since it was my first experience, I'm not entirely sure if this is how it's supposed to taste, but it didn't quite meet my expectations.
The broth was light & comforting, but the meat was the main issue for me. The pieces didn't feel like great quality, & the fried texture of the beef felt like an odd contrast against the soft, delicate broth. It didn't blend as well as I expected, & kind of took away from the overall experience.
On the plus side, the portion size was huge, definitely generous, though I couldn't finish it all. One standout was the beef skewers, which were actually really delicious. They were well-seasoned, flavorful, & cooked nicely, making them the highlight of the meal.
Overall, while this particular experience didn't fully win me over, I'd still be open to trying pho again somewhere else to see if a different spot might change my impression.

'I was recommended by friends to try I Am Pho, & it didn't disappoint. The space is quite small, but it's neat & very clean. The food was delicious, & the staff were especially friendly when they found out we were tourists. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance to visit Montreal again.'

I had an amazing experience at IAM Pho! The service was absolutely top-notch - the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, & made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. My order arrived quickly, & everything was handled with care & professionalism. They checked in just the right amount to make sure everything was perfect without being intrusive. It truly elevated the whole dining experience. I highly recommend IAM Pho to anyone looking not just for great food, but outstanding service as well!

Le pho ici est très délicieux, le bouillon est riche, parfumé avec l'odeur du boeuf bouilli naturel. Le gâteau pho est doux, la viande est fraîche & coupée au goût. Espace propre, service rapide & amical. Prix raisonnable par rapport à la qualité. Je reviendrai !

You will receive a GENEROUS amount of rice spagethi (LITERALLY 2/3's of the bowl) & just enough liquid for a 12 yo girl + enough meat to feed the whole ant colony.
The roles were actually very good tho, very crispy & also the soup besides the absurd ratio was very good -> WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! I even paid for extra meat & still not enough LMAO, def. felt it being a little looser when i left 😅
Ce fût une belle surprise. J'ai pris une soupe Phô de taille moyenne est je fût rassasiée après le repas. Un repas qui arriva même pas trois minutes après ma commande. La nourriture fût bonne & je me senti bien, donc pas comme après une trio Big mac chez McDonald's. Si vous êtes étudiant, les prix sont abordables & ont mange a sa faim. Sorter en face de la station Guy concordia, vous n'aurez pas plus que 2 minutes de marche pour vous rendre.
I ordered chicken vermicelli to go. Super disappointing to the point that I was frustrated. The chicken was somehow dry, even though I ate it almost immediately after getting it. Not just dry chicken, it was cold & hard, like it had been sitting out for an hour. The lettuce was rotten. There were literally two slices of carrot. & there was absolutely no flavour, no spices, no seasoning at all. The only flavour was the fish sauce... all for $21 which is insane pricing, especially for what you get. There's a way better vietnamese restaurant a couple blocks down called Restaurant Pho Nguyen (& it's cheaper).

An amazing place. The best pho I've had in Montreal. I had the bún ch? giò gà n??ng - the chicken was very fragrant & tender, & the sauce was rich & flavorful. I've never been disappointed coming here.
?J'ai commandé la soupe tonkinoise au boeuf saignant & l'expérience est impeccable.
? La viande est arrivée parfaitement tranchée & très tendre.
Le ?bouillon est riche, parfumé & encore bien chaud à la livraison.
?Les herbes & les garnitures qui accompagnent la soupe, sont croquantes & généreuses.
?C'est rare qu'un Pho livré soit aussi bon qu'au restaurant, mais I am pho relève le défi haut la main. Je recommande sans hésiter ! Je fais quand même réchauffer à la maison, j'adore quand c'est bouillant
