I was really excited to try Pho for the first time, but it ended up being a bit underwhelming for me. Since it was my first experience, I'm not entirely sure if this is how it's supposed to taste, but it didn't quite meet my expectations.
The broth was light & comforting, but the meat was the main issue for me. The pieces didn't feel like great quality, & the fried texture of the beef felt like an odd contrast against the soft, delicate broth. It didn't blend as well as I expected, & kind of took away from the overall experience.
On the plus side, the portion size was huge, definitely generous, though I couldn't finish it all. One standout was the beef skewers, which were actually really delicious. They were well-seasoned, flavorful, & cooked nicely, making them the highlight of the meal.
Overall, while this particular experience didn't fully win me over, I'd still be open to trying pho again somewhere else to see if a different spot might change my impression.
The broth is very fragrant & the meat is very fresh. The space is small but clean. The service is quick & attentive. Will definitely come back many times.
Our family's first trip to Canada, & we're so glad we found this gem! These spring rolls tasted just like home-perfectly crispy. The restaurant is super cozy, & the staff made us laugh with their great sense of humor. Such a warm welcome to the country. We'll definitely be back!
Stopped in for a quick bite & was seriously impressed. The food is legit-super fresh herbs & plenty of meat. The servers are really attentive to make sure everything was okay. It's rare to get this kind of service at a casual spot. Big fans!

I visited Montreal as a tourist & chose this restaurant because it was highly recommended by many people. The staff were friendly & able to recommend dishes based on customers' tastes, the food was delicious & beautifully presented, & the atmosphere was cozy & inviting. I also ordered some extra food to take with me to eat in the car.

I had an amazing experience at IAM Pho! The service was absolutely top-notch - the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, & made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. My order arrived quickly, & everything was handled with care & professionalism. They checked in just the right amount to make sure everything was perfect without being intrusive. It truly elevated the whole dining experience. I highly recommend IAM Pho to anyone looking not just for great food, but outstanding service as well!
I never write reviews but felt I needed to for this, especially when the cost was $21. I went for a pickup & ordered the #17 chicken vermicelli & salad plate at the counter. Took 20 min, which was to be expected, however, the chicken was overcooked & looked like it had been sitting there for 3 hours. The only decent thing was the spring roll. Sadly, will not be going there again. Very disappointed
