Extremely disappointing experience. The service was incredibly slow, & one person in our group never even received the drink she ordered. It also took about 20 minutes just to get our bills, & they were incorrect, requiring multiple corrections.

The waitress repeatedly insisted on an 18% tip, claiming it was the law in Quebec, which is simply not true. I explained that the poor tip reflected the poor service, not the violent fight that broke out later in the evening.

The bartender noticed our large group waiting & kindly offered complimentary shots because of the delay, but the waitress then used those free drinks to pressure me into tipping more despite the overall poor service.

Between the slow service, billing mistakes, & being pressured to tip, I won't be coming back.

Clients réguliers, nous constatons une nette dégradation depuis le changement d'équipe : odeur désagréable, service lent & personnel peu attentif (téléphone en main). Le comble ? Un pourboire de **18% nous a été imposé**, présenté comme'obligatoire' par la serveuse car'c'est son salaire'. Pour rappel, un pourboire est par définition volontaire - le rendre obligatoire est illégal. Dommage pour un endroit qui avait du potentiel.

Très déçu de mon expérience. Le service était lent & la serveuse n'était pas serviable ni attentive aux clients. Nous avons eu l'impression de déranger lorsque nous demandions quelque chose. Un meilleur accueil & plus de professionnalisme seraient appréciés. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit.

Very disappointed with the service. Me & my friend we've been waiting over 1 hour for our chicha & had to ask 3 different waitresses multiple times. They seemed completely uninterested in serving customers.
At one point I even asked one of them what do you do here if you don't want to serve the customer Still no proper service. Extremely poor experience with all three waitresses we dealt with.
Would not recommend if you expect basic service & timely hookah delivery.

It was so amazing that they charged me $$68 for 2 small vodka cranberry & when I pull out $80 in 20s the lady that didn't even serve us said oh that's tip thanks chow & just vanished worst place to go to if ur not close to the staff they will steal your money straight , (didn't even stay 15 minutes there)
