So good! We hit this brewery after riding the Parc de la Gorge de Coaticook & could not have made a better choice.
I got the pulled pork tacos with freshly made tortilla chips & lime sauce with poutine to die for. The saison Brett beer was 7%, crisp & delicious…just what I needed after a big ride.
The music was funky & well curated. & the staff was friendly & attentive. The 3 we spoke with spoke English well & allowed us to attempt our best French before helping us in our own language.
La bière est excellente & l'endroit est génial (dans une ancienne gare). Il y a plein de place à l'extérieur pour boire & manger. Nous n'avons pas mangé, mais tout semblait & sentait bon !

Their beer & setup are great but the food must be improved. We ate tacos, Quesadillas, & nachos but the chicken needs a lot of improvements in quality & taste. The vibe & setup & beer were perfect though.
