Vraiment déçu du Burger de boeuf trop cuit sans jus dans la boulette qui a du être pressé en cuisson & les frites étaient molles ,huileuse & quasiment froides, sérieux 275$ pour 4 repas de cette qualité médiocre ont y retournera jamais.

The food here is always great with local inhouse beers sold. It's always great to have a beer from the location you're eating. The Calamari was excellent, steak tartare good. A stop for me each year while visiting family, & honestly the best restaurant in Coaticook unless pizza is your thing & then that's,'Acropol' for pizza & Greek food. After your meal at the Microbrasserie, take the kids & yourself across the street for the best soft icecream on the planet in my opinion'Coaticook ice cream which has been around for generations. A perfect evening.

Experience très BOF. Je déteste laisser de mauvaises évaluations mais je crois que la direction doit être au courant de l'impression laissée aux consommateurs.

20min d'attente pour des verres d'eau & le premier contact client une fois assis. Un 15min supplémentaire après avoir fini nos bières & la bouffe (commentaire plus bas) avant de pouvoir demander à une placière que nous aimerions prendre notre addition. (ça donne moins envie de prendre une 2e bière)

Choux fleur buffalo très génériques, execution Meh, le nachos au saucisson donne la vague impression de manger de la saucisse crue vu la texture hachée & le peu de temps qu'il a passé à griller.

Le tout avec un ratio 10 employés pour approx 25 clients un mardi 12h30.

La bière est bonne, mais avec une expérience aussi ordinaire j'aurais préféré dépenser mon argent sur des canettes.

Je suis venu pour déguster les boissons locals.. La serveuse a privilégié servir un chien & nous laisser pendant plus de 10 mins a attendre sachant que nous voulions se désaltérer. 2 personnes disponibles a discuter & a regarder le cellulaire. Pas eu le temps de goûter, je suis parti avant a cause du service. Sa avait l air plutot sympa. Je n'y retournerai jamais c est sûr. Vraiment déçu.
