Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre moment à Hoogan & Beaufort. Le service est impeccable, ils sont présents & expliquent bien le menu ect ! Une belle carte des vins mais quand même très vite avec des prix très élevé. La cuisine est très bonne aussi, nous nous sommes régalés ! Mais je trouve ça un peu chère pour la quantité . Je pense que les prix sont de 3 à 4$ trop élevé ça parait pas grand chose mais à la fin de la facture ça peux compter. Même si je reconnais la qualité ect. Je pense que c'est un peu trop exagérer. On a quand même hyper apprécié. Mais à cause du prix, je sais que je reviendrais pas forcément à tous les mois. Mais une fois de temps à autres pour le plaisir. Bonne continuation à l'équipe
J'ai adorée ! Le chef sublime les saveurs d'une manière qui peut vous faire apprécier ce que vous n'aimiez pas auparavant. Le service attentionné a également contribué à rendre cette expérience mémorable. Charmée, je recommande vivement & n'hésiterai pas à y retourner. Merci pour cette superbe expérience.

Décoration contemporaine, ambiance moderne est légèrement bruyante, le bar ouvert sur la salle ainsi que la cuisine sont très appréciable. Pour ce qui est de la carte, j'ai été surprise qu'il n'y ai pas de beaufort le fromage comme indiqué dans le nom du restaurant. le plat que j'ai pris, était délicieux, & l'entrée avec la Bumrah, ta revisité très crémeuse 👌🏼
J'adore ce resto . C'est ma quatrième fois & je ne suis jamais déçue à chaque fois . Plat très savoureux & belle ambiance . À recommander sans hésitation !
This is one of the few restaurants I rave about (& still continue to rave about) to this day, months after dining with them. I took my boyfriend to H&B for his birthday one evening in August 2023. We picked the tasting menu with the wine pairing & I am blown away by such a positive experience that we had. The sommelier assigned to our table was very educated & well-travelled. He was able to share stories about how he had come to find the wine, his relations with the vineyards & owners. He gave great descriptions relating to the different wine palettes, & why they pair nicely with each dish. The other servers were very attentive to our needs. They cleaned our table spills after each dish & were mindful enough to bring extra bread (to scoop up the gravys & creams) & refill our water glasses without even asking. The dishes was the best mix of being experimental/interesting (meshing of flavours I would not have thought to pair together), well-cooked, aesthetically pleasing & well-proportioned. I don't even know what else to add other than my partner & I were very silent when eating because that was how delicious it was, & we wanted to savour each moment. Finally, the decor & atmosphere gives off Japanese Zen/Scandinavian vibes. The restaurant has floor-to-ceiling glass windows which lets in lots of light & brightens the whole place. The many wood textures give a sense of calm, while the neutral & warm colors give a sense of elegance. The restaurant is located by the old train tracks, surrounded by old brick & metal structures. Very beautiful. This is definitely a place to take someone special, or to impress folks. While it can be expensive, I believe it is worth the price.
Grande attente, excellente cuisine, mais le serveur était d'une telle condescendance que cela nous a sapé un peu notre plaisir... je retournerai volontiers au bar à vin Annette, cependant l'accueil chez Hoogan & Beaufort m'a laissée un peu pantoise...
We took the tasting menu. They were not too flexible with changes but the food was delicious. Friday night, it took 3hrs for the full dining experience

C'est bon, bien assaisonner, assiette moderne. Belle ambiance de la cuisine au feu de bois. Par contre service long trop long pour un lunch de semaine... beaucoup de bruits !!! Portions réduites mais pourquoi pas !!!
My body, my soul, my stomach... every single part of me enjoyed this place! My husband took me there for my 33rd birthday & definitely one of the best restaurant that I ever experienced. À refaire!!!
Encore une fois, une soirée parfaite! C'était notre 2e fois chez Hoogan & Beaufort & certainement pas notre dernière. Nous avons pris le menu dégustation qui est, selon moi, à très bon prix pour la qualité de la cuisine servie. Merci à toute l'équipe!
Always a pleasure to come discover what's new on their menu. It's on the pricier side but you're paying for gastronomy & art. Everything is tastefully plated & so savory. Definitely one of my favorite spots of Montreal to celebrate a special occasion.

Lovely restaurant with highly educated servers! I was treated like a princess & I really liked it! I were there for meeting a friend. I really loved the beauty of the design & the quality of the food arrangements! We ordered hot oysters to share! So delicious! & We shared a plate of chicken with my friend! So tender & well decorated with a potato salad. They have a wide wine selection as well. Highly recommended!
Tout était délicieux. L'agencement des saveurs, la qualité des produits, le choix des vins, le pain chaud fait maison... vraiment une belle expérience gastronomique.
