We had been talking about trying Hoogan & Beaufort for years, so we decided to finally book it for a birthday & make a real occasion out of it. Honestly, it was worth the wait.
We went with the tasting menu because we wanted the full experience, & it was the right choice. Every plate surprised us in a good way. The flavors were creative but still comforting, & each course felt carefully thought out. It is one of those meals where you slow down & really enjoy every bite.
The service made the night even more special. Everyone was warm & genuinely friendly. The sommelier, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, clearly knows his craft & gave us very personalized wine recommendations that elevated the whole meal.
What really touched us was the birthday surprise at the end. We had mentioned it when booking but did not remind them when we arrived, yet they still brought out an extra dessert. It felt thoughtful & elegant without being over the top.
I would absolutely recommend it, especially for a special occasion.

Excellente expérience chez Hoogan & Beaufort. Le service est tout simplement exceptionnel : attentionné, professionnel & chaleureux du début à la fin. Les plats sont très bons & magnifiquement présentés - de super belles assiettes qui ouvrent l'appétit dès qu'elles arrivent à table.
Gros coup de coeur pour les huîtres chaudes aux pommes, absolument délicieuses & parfaitement équilibrées.
Petit bémol du côté des desserts : ils sont assez chers &, pour moi, un peu décevants, même si la qualité des produits & l'exécution sont indéniables.
Une très belle adresse que je recommande sans hésiter pour l'expérience globale.
Simplement wow ! On ne peut pas se tromper en allant au Hoogan & Beaufort. Nourriture incroyable, sélection de vins délicieux & que dire du service. Je vous le recommande vivement.

This was absolutely delicious. Food art. Lovely atmosphere, not too noisy, timing was perfect & everyone we interacted with was very nice & kind. Loved everything we had. We don't drink alcohol & still found the service to be amazing - not always the case when servers find out you don't drink. Highly recommend checking this place out if it's in your budget.
Our meal here was absolutely incredible!! We opted for the a la carte menu & were not disappointed. Each meal was expertly prepared & beautifully plated. We started with the warm oysters with sabayon, the burrata with peach, fennel & mustard seed & the tuna tarts. They were all insanely delicious! We followed that with the duck. The plum sauce was decadent & flavorful & the duck was divine. We ended our meal with the peach & peanut desserts, which were so damn good. & as if the experience couldn't get any better the service was impeccable. David was kind attentive & willingly swapped out ingredients if we had dietary restrictions. My aunt couldn't eat dairy so he swapped out the ice cream in the peanut dessert with sorbet. Hoogan & Beaufort is an definite recommend.

Top tier service. Absolutely amazing atmosphere & the food was to die for. Worth every penny, an experience start to finish. We felt welcomed despite not knowing French. 10/10 recommend.

Our meal here was nothing short of incredible (we got the tasting menu & wine paring). We've only ever eaten at one Michelin star restaurant before, but our meal here exceeded that experience. The food was insanely delicious, & I was honestly sad to leave knowing that our meal was over! The service was also amazing. Everyone who took care of us was so kind & knowledgeable & the pacing of the service was perfection-this place is a well-oiled machine. Even though the quality of the meal was top tier, the atmosphere never felt stuffy or pretentious. Hoogan & Beaufort is an absolute recommend.
Restaurant très sympa, joli cadre, accueil attentionné. Manque d'éclairage à notre table & un peu trop sous la climatisation. Très bonne cuisine, plats originaux avec de bons assemblages. Très bon vins ! Je recommande ++
Last night's tasting menu was exceptional! The nuance of flavors & clever ingredients made each dish unique from start to finish. The wine pairings were perfection as well... our sommelier knew so much about each selection that it made the experience super fun. Each staff member did a great job & the ambiance was minimalist but warm. We sat at the bar, which gave us a chance to watch a lot of the food prep, grilling & drink making so it was quite entertaining too! We highly recommend Hoogan & Beaufort & can't wait to return.
Loved this spot! Felt like a local. In a pretty random spot if you don't know the area, but the industrial atmosphere & minimalist vibe was lovely. The food was so flavorful & was a great great portion size. Would highly recommend the mozzarella appetizer & the porc chop for the main.

Je recommande à 100%!!! J'y suis allé une fois pour profiter du menu à la carte & une autre fois pour le menu dégustation avec accord (le Hoogan). Dans les deux cas, tout était absolument phénoménal! Le service est impeccable. J'y retournerai sans faute dès que le menu dégustation sera mis à jour! ☺️☺️☺️
