An absolutely exceptional meal from start to finish. The service was excellent; we had Mehdi as our waiter & he was wonderful, & Hugo, the sommelier, was highly experienced & each pairing was intelligently & carefully picked. It's a welcoming environment for anglophones as well, speaking as one :) I had the menu degustations- Miguel, the chef, changes it up often so I'll surely be back! Thank you H&B for a lovely night
We ate at Hoogan & Beaufort a few days ago & it was phenomenal. The chef accommodated our dietary restrictions so we could enjoy the tasting menu (me: no meat, him: no lobster) & we were treated to excellent wine pairings, also adapted due to the changes in our menu. Overall the staff went above & beyond to ensure we had an excellent dining experience.
WoW quelle expérience nous avons eu hier soir! Accords mets & vin avec le menu dégustation . C'était succulent! Le service était impeccable, le sommelier est vraiment un passionné de son travail, la qualité de la nourriture ++ & endroit très propre. Le seul bémol... il n'y avait pas assez de tartare de pétoncle dans mon assiette 😂 (c'était trop bon)
Restaurant très sympa, joli cadre, accueil attentionné. Manque d'éclairage à notre table & un peu trop sous la climatisation. Très bonne cuisine, plats originaux avec de bons assemblages. Très bon vins ! Je recommande ++
Excellent restaurant! Tout était parfait du début à la fin! Les cocktails , l'accord met-vin sous les bons conseils de notre serveur souriant ! Nous avons pris les huîtres , les raviolis & le porc ainsi que le pain au beurre fouetté & il n'y a absolument rien à dire de négatif! L'ambiance est top également ce qui rend l'endroit d'autant plus parfait. Merci pour cette belle soirée tout en saveur H&B 😋
Only two servers know he should reply to thank you & the word is: you are welcome. Other servers just give no reaction. The food is good but the service can be better!
Une excellente expérience le midi ! Les plats cuits près du feu de bois étaient savoureux, originaux & généreux. Notre sommelier a été de très bon conseil & le service était attentionné. Déjà hâte d'y retourner !

Très belle expérience pour le souper à Hoogan & Beaufort. Nous y sommes allés 2 fois en 5 jours: une première fois nous avons essayé le menu dégustation & la deuxième nous avons commandé à la carte. Lors de nos deux visites, la qualité des plats servis était excellente. Lors du menu dégustation, tout les plats étaient de bon niveau & s'enchaînaient assez rapidement. Nous avons été satisfaits, mais nous aurions aimé un service de plus, c'est passé très vite. Nous avons préféré notre deuxième visite, où nous avons commandé à la carte. Gros coups de coeur pour les huîtres cuitent, la côte de porc & le dessert au bleuets. Ce dernier était vraiment excellent, une merveille d'équilibre ! Très bon service souriant & efficace lors de nos deux visites. A refaire certainement !
Le menu dégustation est très bon dans l'ensemble, particulièrement les viandes & le dessert. Pour mes plats, l'emphase était sur la maîtrise plutôt que l'originalité. Le choix des vins était à la fois judicieux & original. Présentation des plats soignés. Service rapide & accueillant.
Excellent sommelier, nécessaire étant donné la taille de la carte des vins. Plats intéressants hors du commun à découvrir. Plutôt dispendieux mais on s'y attendait
The flavours are exceptional, however the portions are beyond small & most dishes are overpriced. 200g of Halibut FOR 2 + 1 tbs of crab + veggies = 110$. 2 thick slices of eggplant = 22$. Not to mention that a restaurant of this level should have table cloth!!
Service, food, everything was amazing. Been there for dinner & lunch. One of the rare place that create innovative menu for lunch instead of the optimized profit oriented lunch menu. Keep it up!
