We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The waiter was very knowledgeable & guided us through our choices. Honestly a privilege to be able to experience food created with so much thought & talent.
Cette fois-ci, j'ai été déçu par la carte. Sur cinq plats, il y avait un plat végétarien, deux plats de pâtes, un poisson & un agneau. Cela ne laisse pas beaucoup de choix. Je préférais la carte d'avant les rénovations. Le service, en revanche, est plus que parfait : les serveurs sont très sympathiques.
J'ai passé une soirée absolument exceptionnelle chez Hoogan & Beaufort. La cuisine était tout simplement renversante : des plats raffinés, savoureux, exécutés avec une précision remarquable. Chaque bouchée témoignait d'un savoir-faire culinaire de haut niveau, digne des meilleures tables de Montréal.
Le service, quant à lui, a été parfait du début à la fin. Un immense merci à Marie & Sol, ainsi qu'à toute l'équipe, pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur grande attention aux détails & leur professionnalisme irréprochable. Ils ont réellement contribué à rendre cette expérience mémorable.
Un endroit où la gastronomie rencontre l'excellence du service, & où l'on a immédiatement envie de revenir. Bravo à toute l'équipe & à très bientôt!
Lieu magnifique, menu génial, sélection de vin d'importation privée, service impeccable.
Le menu découverte avec l'accord met-vin est toujours un bon choix pour une soirée en tête-à-tête.
We went to Hoogan & Beaufort to celebrate my father-in-law's 80th birthday. The food was good, mainly because they use very fresh produce, but in terms of flavor it was on the simpler side. The service & ambiance, however, were excellent & really made the evening enjoyable.

We did the tasting menu. It was absolutely worth it. The meat was some of the best I've ever had, the texture was INSANE! I think maybe it was a sous-vide, definitely a fatty texture, so make sure you like that before taking it.
Incroyable expérience culinaire avec un accord mets/vins hors de l'ordinaire. Laurence, le sommelier, nous présente les vins d'une façon qui nous fait voyager de service en service. Combiné avec des plats revisités avec innovation, clairement, une des excellentes tables à Montréal.
Quite empty on a Tuesday night - would have preferred to have been reseated to an empty regular table not a high top. Tasting menu was okay but not great - first course a waste. Bread & steak courses amazing. Agnolotti & dessert very average
