Amazing ice cream & very friendly staff. However, the first rule of customer service is to acknowledge patrons who walk in. 2 people, neither looked up from their stations for at least 20 mins before we were attended… that will not be good in the long run with all the competing ice cream stores along the same street… must work on efficiency
