Meals are excellent! We both had the Bun thit nuong cha gio, grilled pork on vermicelli with salad & imperial roll & a Che bay mau.
The grilled pork was sliced thin & a generous amount. One of our meals had some pieces of grilled pork that were a little too fattyand stringy, these pieces should have been excluded & more lean meat added. The vermicelli & salad were perfect & the Imperial roll was old school, large, crispy & stuffed full. Very yummy! The Che bay mau was made right, slightly sweet with coconut milk & generous amount of beans not, as some other restaurants make it, with small amount of coconut milk & an overpowering amount of condensed milk . Hoai Huong does it right!

The gentlemen greeting & serving us were warm, friendly & they know their business! Very quick & accommodating service! 💗
The only issue was, it was a very cold day & there was no heat on that side of the restaurant, so it was kind of chilly & the food got cold quickly! But that can be avoided because spring is coming. Yay! Looking forward to sitting outside in their patio enclosed by a lovely wooden fence.🌺💗
Highly recommend Hoai Huong! On Victoria & Saint Kevin, My old neighborhood as a teenager with parks, lots of apartment buildings, close to schools & Cote Saint Catherine Metro. A great community & family oriented environment in Cote des Neiges / Snowden area.
This is absolutely my favourite restaurant in the city! The food is fantastic & the staff is warm & friendly! They remember my ordered every time I go & it always makes me smile! I can not get enough of this place... Their dishes are amazing & you will NEVER eat a better imperial roll! HIGHLY recommend! 👍👍

Been coming here for years & it's fantastic, quick & friendly service, delicious Pho & Imperial Rolls & the Pad Thai is seriously one of the best I've had, deliciously seasoned.
Parking is usually pretty decent & they have a ramp for wheelchair access although the restaurant itself is pretty tight, could potentially be an issue for people with reduced mobility.
We both ordered Combo F We really enjoyed the veggie soup starter. So fresh, light & tasty. The beef & shrimp were incredibly tasty & cooked to perfection. The imperial roll was a treat! The service was amazing. We felt warmly welcomed & cared for by at least 5 different staff. Parking wasn't a problem found a spot right in front on the street. There is a terrace out front if you wanted to eat al fresco (it was raining when we went ). The inside is tastefully decorated. Our critique is the chicken brochette. It lacked flavour, was tough & we thought it was pork to be honest. We would come back again, just wouldn't order chicken dishes. The restroom area could use a face lift:)
I've been craving these exact nems (imperial rolls) for SO LONG & not just any imperial roll, I wanted these super deep fried Vietnamese imperial rolls & these EXCEEDED my expectations, which were high. Delish food, super friendly service, will be back for sure 👌👌
Best imperial rolls with all the "umami" your heart could desire! Service was inconsistent...we were a group of 10 with reservations at 6pm. The three people who ordered the (meager choice of two) vegetarian dishes, were served 30 minutes after everyone else (& only because we inquired a second time about the missing dishes).

Ordered our favorite, bo la lot. Only 6 rolls & much smaller. Not enough rice cakes, not enough carrots, not enough cucumbers. & the kicker: much higher price (28$) now. I know inflation & all but come on now. I was still hungry.
A response to their response: we have asked for additional rice paper. Still not enough. As for the cucumbers & carrots, customers shouldn't have to ask for more of those in the first place. Based on past experience, it could be seen as "bothering" the staff too much with petty requests.
