We came on Monday evening as a large group. One aunt made the reservation thinking we were going to be 20 max but we ended up being 26... so sorry about that!

There wasn't enough staff which was understandable & they did their best to accommodate our large group. Thank you very much.

Here's a firm but factual review you could post:

We had a very disappointing experience at Ho Guom in Brossard.

We arrived around 8:50 p.m., even though the restaurant's posted closing time is 9:30 p.m. We were told that the kitchen was already closed & that they couldn't serve us.

What made the situation frustrating was that, right beside us, a family of four was actively looking through the menu & preparing to place an order. When I asked why they were able to order if the kitchen was supposedly closed, the explanation suddenly changed. We were then told they had'reached the limit' for the evening.

The inconsistent explanations made it feel like we were being treated unfairly. If there is a cutoff time or a maximum number of customers the kitchen can serve, that should be clearly communicated. Instead, we were given conflicting reasons while watching another table being welcomed.

We understand that kitchens may stop taking orders before closing, but customers deserve clear, honest, & consistent communication. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling unwelcome, & we won't be returning.

Wow this place is amazing!! My friends & I are visiting from Toronto & stopped in here for a late lunch & the food blew us away!! Also the service is so great!! Honestly best pho I've ever had !!

Tout était plus que excellent.

Absolument rien a dire de négatif ici.

Assiette très savoureuse & généreuse, vraiment pas cher pour la qualitée des aliments, légumes très frais, panure incroyable, les sauces sont également trop bonne.

Nous avons pris ici table d'hôte général tao & sauté boeuf crevette. 👌👌👌👌

Nous allons clairement revenir, merci à vous. 😁✌?
