Hayat in Montreal, overlooking the old port waterfront, offers a beautiful dining experience with both outdoor & indoor seating. The fusion of food was so delicious that I could only take two photos before it was all gobbled up. The staff were attentive, & Nathaniel's exceptional service truly stood out. He carefully listened to our preferences & recommended dishes that perfectly suited our tastes. The food quality was outstanding, with generous portions, & the dessert is an absolute must-try! How first experience tonight. We sampled a variety of dishes, which were very good but the most amazing thing? The service! From the moment you step a foot in there, you're taken care of! Nathaniel was amazing at guiding us through the menu & the different people bringing us the dishes were simply excellent, describing everything & paying extra attention on the timing for everything, truly we were impressed! My husband & I dropped in for a late dinner, & we're so glad we did. Everything-from the atmosphere to the service, food, & drinks-was simply perfect. Nathaniel was our server, & he ensured we had an exceptional experience. He strongly recommended we save room for the baklava pancakes for dessert, & we're thrilled we took his advice. It's easily one of the best desserts we've ever had. This was our final dinner during our weekend in Montreal, & it was probably one of the best meals we had here (which says a lot, considering how much incredible food we've had). We'll definitely be returning on our next visit!View more

Absolutely everything was perfect with this restaurant. I had gone with my family of 9 last night & Nathaniel was our server. I haven't received such amazing service in a very long time. Mon amie & moi sommes allées prendre un café mais nous avons été reçues comme si nous prenions un repas complet. La personne à l'accueil & notre serveur Nathaniel ont tous les deux été d'une grande gentillesse. L'ambiance, la propreté de la salle de toilette sont aussi à souligner. I had one of the most outstanding meals here, complemented by exceptional service. Nathaniel, our server, delivered the best service I've ever experienced-extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, & attentive. We ordered the Boreg, Kebab Halloumi, & short ribs. For drinks, we tried the whiskey sour, Matcha martini & espresso martini. They were divine! The most delicious meals & drinks I've ever tasted. This place is now at the very top of my list.View more

Excellent atmosphere, great service, & very good food. The place is elegantly decorated, clean, & spacious. The servers kept the water glasses full, & the tables clean from empty plates. The menu is not very extensive. However, the menu options we taste were delicious. Nathaniel, our server, was ouuutstaaaanding!!!!! A huge shout out to Nathaniel. He was awesome!View more

Le service fut impeccable à tout les niveaux. Notre serveur, Nathaniel, nous a très bien accompagné dans notre sélection de vin & a su bien expliquer chacun des plats.
