Ambience très bonne. Peut être bruyant à très calme tout dépendant des journées de la semaine. De l'extérieur le lieu ressemble à une vieille taverne. Mais c'est lorsqu'on y entre que la magie opère! Très belle sélection de plats & boissons. Formule de type tapas surtout.
Pet peave: 2 couples ordering tapas to share. They arrive with 3 on each plate. Message to server & / or kitchen. Offer 4 at 30 % higher price. Let the customers make the choice. Tapas were great! Just hated fighting over them.

Bar/resto très sympa aussi bien pour boire un verre en afterwork, manger entre amis/couple/date ou boire un verre plus tard en soirée. La déco est cosy & le staff est nice! Les cocktails sont recherchés & originaux, la food est de qualité avec au choix tapas ou plats type fusion asiatique & de bonne qualité! L'été, la terrasse est très cool! Conclusion, l'endroit en vaut de déplacement 👌
Nous sommes venus manger vendredi soir avec ma femme c'était très agréable, la nourriture est excellente nous avons commandé plusieurs tapas à partager ainsi qu'un plat chacun, les cocktails sont de qualité! Je recommande
Je suis allée à une drôle d'heure, mais l'ambiance sur la jolie terrasse était tout de même plaisante. La nourriture, de style fusion, est juste correcte. Nous avons goûté à deux tapas & aux bao buns, & il n'y avait rien de marquant. Par contre, les cocktails sont délicieux, donc peut-être plus un endroit pour boire & profiter du beau temps!
Nous avions une réservation & 20 minutes après l'heure de celle-ci, nous avons eu une table prête. Le serveur ne connaissait pas son menu, ne pouvait rien décrire. (Il y a une quinzaine d'items seulement sur celui-çi). Nous avions commandé plusieurs tapas. 4 sur 9 n'étaient pas disponibles, & on l'a su à la toute fin du repas, quand on a demandé quand arriveraient les autres plats (qu'on avait commandé une heure plus tôt). On a attendu ensuite un dessert pendant plus de 30 minutes. Au moment de demander la facture, tannées d'attendre le gâteau, on s'est assuré auprès du serveur qu'il ne chargerait pas le dessert qu'on a jamais eu & il a répondu; Ah oui, c'est vrai. Faut que je l'enlève de votre commande. Lui non plus, on en a plus.
On a été patientes & agréables, gardant nos commentaires pour nous. La nourriture était très bonne & le décor vraiment sympathique. Il y aura peut-être un 2e essai. Mais si le service reste comme la première fois, il n'y en aura pas d'autres.
Great patio beside & out back, many customers having drinks, socializing in groups, very relaxed atmosphere, our server was very attentive & helpful.
A couple of items worth noting:
Grenade uses a virtual menu, which means scanning a barcode with smart phone & ordering food online, which we cold not get to work properly. We spoke with the staff, & the place didn't actually have a paper copy of the menu. Bizzare. I pulled up the menu from the resto website & ordered verbally, so not really sure what is being accomplished by having this policy. I have no idea how this would work if you dont use a smart phone or you were having a technology-free evening.
The menu is small, so i would definitely categorize Grenade as a bar that serves food, not a resto/bistro, etc. They have interesting asian-inspired twists on classic items such as saumon tartare & bimbap, however if I am craving these items I will go to a restaurant that specializes in them, not a bar serving a tapas-style version.
We would definitely return for the drinks, vibes & 'snacks', now knowing what to expect.
Un bar avec une très bonne ambiance des bons cocktails des tapas variés (prendre plus un vrai plat ou plusieurs tapas si on a faim) & bons :) les serveurs sont vraiments patients on était 20 pour un anniversaire & ils ont fait tout leur possible pour repartir les additions faire en sorte que les verres soient vite servis :) je le recommande fortement
