Service extrêmement long. L'attitude de la serveuse était vraiment décevante. Elle était assise à jaser avec une autre personne pendant que tout notre groupe attendait. En plus, la nourriture était froide.
Quand on lui a fait part de notre insatisfaction concernant la température des plats, elle nous a répondu : « C'est votre parole contre celle du cuisinier. » 🥲😂
Une personne à notre table a même décidé d'annuler son repas tellement l'attente était interminable. La réponse de la serveuse? « Vu que c'est toi qui décides de partir, on va te le charger quand même. » WOW! 😂
Je ne suis vraiment pas du genre à chialer habituellement, mais là, c'était trop. Un manque flagrant de professionnalisme & de service à la clientèle.
On est en 2026, c'est vraiment ça, le service qu'on offre aux clients?
Extrêmement déçus de notre expérience. Un gros 0/10!

Mauvais services. Attente incroyable. Le restaurant était pourtant vide. Tous les assiettes froides. Une des filles de notre groupe a voulu canceler son repas tellement c'était long & ils lui ont chargé quand même. Ridicule.

Service déplorable, Nlnous avons attendu 50 minutes pour nous faire servir une bière qui n'était même pas celle demandée. Les autres tables étaient dans la même situation.
Bref, il y a bien assez d'autres options ou prendre un verre à Montréal
