Le tapioca était très dur (pas assez cuit) & la boisson était tout simplement... pas très bonne. Il y a tellement de places de bubble tea, & ce même à quelque mètres du Gong Cha, que je ne crois vraiment pas que ça vaut la peine d'y aller! The service was great! I had not had bubble tea in over 5 years, but the cashier helped me with the numerous options that I forgot existed. The drink was good too, honey milk tea with coffee jelly.Voir plus

I ordered 2 drinks on UberEats, 1 was not sealed properly so the drink spilled, the other drink was wrong & missing milk foam. Also it took almost 1.5 hour to be delivered.Voir plus

Great bubble téas! They have so many options & so many great flavours! The staff was really frendly, sadly the place was insanely warm & the flavours sometimes are lacking a little bit of punch to enhance that "unique" flavours from different bobba places but still they are great.Voir plus

I have lived in a few cities by now & gong cha was always my stop for bubble tea across the globe from Singapore to London to Manchester to Leeds & New York. I have always been fan of their tea because of consistency but here in Montreal it was a totally poor experience I always order ahead of my arrival & the first time I orderd I was told on DoorDash that order is ready when I reached it wasn't I had to wait 20 mins more similarly the second time it was the same but it was acceptable until yesterday when I went I ordered ahead as usual & I walked to the store hoping to get my order but when I reached I realised my order was not prepared but worse this time it wasn't even accepted which was surprising so I asked the Asian woman working there as she was alone she told me she hasn't accepted my order & moved away from the counter I thought I had to wait longer 30 mins pass by at this point everyone got their order people who came after me to the point when I saw the other worker cam in & she made him a drink but still didn't accept or reject my order she was staring right at me giving me to look to get out of here I had to cancel my order & leave. Terrible experience. Gong cha needs to look into this as this outlet does not stand Upto it's other global locations. I'm a huge fan but I will never visit this outlet again.Voir plus

Une commande faite par uber. Premier bbtea, Fresh Milk with Red Bean & Pudding pas mal sucré même si j'ai pris à 50% de sucre. 2eme bbtea, Creme Brulee Strawberry Latte quand même assez rafraîchissant mais ça ne goûte pas énormément la fraise & à peine la crème brûlée. Le croffle original est bien à essayer pour quelqu'un qui aime les croissants & même avec la livraison c'est pas mal croustillant encore. Un peu déçue, vu que leurs bbtea ne sont pas si crémeux & riche que ceux j'avais goûter à Toronto & le croffle rien d'extraordinaire mais tout est quand même bon.Voir plus
