Gino should have left the lasagna to nonna. Salad was the best thing there. Imagine an Italian saying that. Interior is nice which is probably why you're paying $90+ for 3 dishes & a drink. Sugo was good though.
Great little spot with attentive service & a great vibe! Cocktails are all delicious as were the appetizers-definitely recommend the fried mozzarella. Tried both the Gino & Alla norma lasagne & they were both spectacular. Wine list is small but packs a punch. Overall great dinner experience, reasonably priced, highly recommend it!

Quel beau restaurant! Très bon negroni & super ambiance. Il n'y avait pas de lasagne végane sans gluten, mais notre serveur Alfred a tout fait pour que nous ayons tout de même une bonne expérience. Nous allons assurément revenir. Les negronis étaient délicieux. L'ambiance est chaleureuse & la musique est incroyable. Je recommande à 100%.
Unassuming vibe, delicious food & great cocktails. The service was good, there were (very tasty) vegan food options & they had Negroni options for all palates. Can't wait to return!
Très belle soirée au Gino's! Ce que j'ai le plus aimé c'est le service, les serveurs étaient attentionnés & fins ; c'était lundi soir par ailleurs. Nous avons pris des negroni, l'entrée de burrata (un peu chewy à mon goût) & la lasagne de viande qui était à tomber cela dit. Je recommande, peu cher dans la mesure où s'en sort en bas de 100$ à deux! On y revient, c'est certain!
The ambiance of the place is great, & we tried both the classic & eggplant lasagna. While the flavors were good, the texture fell short. It didn't really look like lasagna, as the layers were missing, & the pasta sheets were overcooked, almost dissolving into the sauce. A bit disappointing for a dish that should highlight its layered structure.
Honnêtement la pire lasagne que j'ai eu à manger. Le lieu est sympa & le service friendly bien que nous ayons mangé au bar. Nous avons pris une lasagne viande & une végétarienne. Pour les deux la pâte à lasagne était bonne mais trop cuite donnant une impression de bouilli, la sauce semblait industrielle & la viande était également trop cuite. Les légumes tels que la courgette ou les aubergines ne sont plus de saison, cela n'aide pas au goût de la lasagne végé. Le fromage froid ajouté au moment du service pourrait apportez du croustillant au reste mollasson si il était grillé. Il n'y a que 3 plats principaux qui sont tous des lasagnes, nous attendions a une certaine maîtrise sur la cuisine ce qui n'est pas le cas.

Seasoning of the food was spot on. But the lasagna was very very soft. Maybe the pasta could be thicker to give it texture? & if you're not a Campari fan, you're outta luck. There were 2 cocktails without it, on a second menu, I found by accident
Magnifique endroit, nous avons goûté (presque) toutes les lasagnes au menu & c'était un vrai délice! Coup de coeur pour celle à la citrouille. Bon choix de cocktails sans alcool, & le dessert était excellent.
Great service from the hostess & our first server. The second one was a bit overly attentive. Cute decor. Got the shrimp tartare which was an interesting mix of flavours, the burrata which is always a classic, the special pumpkin lasagna which was not what I expected but was a delicious & unique experience. The semifreddo was nice but a little heavy on the limoncello. The Negroni with the lavender was smooth. The No-groni was a decent mocktail.
Such a lovely place to get cozy & have an incredible meal. The vegan lasagna was unreal & the focaccia is a must have! Great atmosphere & service, thank you Gino's
