Great vibe. I've had better, but Lasagna was great. The bread (focaccia ?) was divine. Best I've had by a landslide. Drinks were not our style. We ordered 6 of them & were pretty underwhelmed. Friendly staff.

Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Our waitress, whom we believe was named Talia, appeared to consistently overlook our table while attending to others around us. We experienced an unusually long wait time of approximately 1 hour & 30 minutes just to receive our drinks & appetizers.
As both of us work in the service industry, we understand how demanding & fast-paced restaurant environments can be. We also want to emphasize that we would not have minded the wait as much if other tables around us had been experiencing similar delays. However, it seemed that surrounding tables were being attended to in a timely manner, which made the situation particularly frustrating. The level of inattention & lack of communication we experienced felt excessive & discourteous. We had initially planned to stay for a full-course meal, but due to the situation, we ultimately decided to leave early.
Lasagna was excellent & service was great too. A was a bit surprised to see the food was served as is & wasn't a full kitchen which makes sense because it is lasagna & needs to be cooked ahead. Drinks were decent, however the Negroni was disappointing especially since it's in the name.
Honestly such a nice place! the food & drinks are incredible with such a reasonable price, but the staff is really the highlight here. They are so nice & caring. highly recommend if you wanna have a good time! they even have GF lasagna & vegan options which is such a plus if you have a group with restrictions
What can I say…it's a place that zeroes in on 2 things: Negroni & Lasagna. As a lover of both (& an Italian) there were some expectations.
Negroni: I mean it's a Negroni. Nothing special here. They are pre-made & on tap. Perhaps that affects how good they are? All I know is I make a better Negroni at home.
Lasagna: as an Italian, I was quite disappointed. It tasted great, but had….an inconsistent consistency. Crunchy bits were dried out & overcooked. The slice could have also been larger for $20.
Total for 2 drinks, 2 slices of lasagna (with tax & tip): $93.
Vibes 10/10. We stopped in for a drink & immediately fell in love with the atmosphere. If you love Campari, this is your spot, they have so many different kinds of Negronis to try. The lasagna was fantastic too!

Had a fun night at Gino's. Started with a yummy salad & then enjoyed their signature lasagna & a perfectly crafted Negroni. Great food, great drinks, & a fun atmosphere.
Vraiment délicieux & les portions sont copieuses! Très respectueux de mes allergies & intolérances alimentaires. Belle ambiance, bons drinks. Parfait pour des petits groupes, en duo ou en solo. À visiter!

5/5 ⭐? We went on a Sunday evening for our anniversary & it wasn't too packed so the service was very spot on & personal. The vibes were great, the food was AMAZING. The ingredients all tasted fresh & the drinks were spot on as well! We took the sharing special for 2 & could not complain about a single thing. Our unexpected favorite side dish was the focaccia it was PERFECT. The lasagna was the real star but couldn't finish because had eaten a lot. Shoutout to our waiter & the chefs, we will definitely be making the trip to come back (considering I live in Laval)
Je cherchais un restaurant avec specialité italienne. La lasagne à la viande était 10/10…vraiment bonne. Les drinks étaient délicieux! Mais l'ambiance m'a déconcerté. Restaurant ultra bruyant avec de la musique forte. Ça ne s'agençait pas du tout avec la qualité de la nourriture. & un gros gros bémol pour le personnel qui était habillé en guénilles…
Peut etre ça vaudrait la peine en take out pour la lasagne, mais je déconseille l'endroit pour une date ou un souper romantique.
Gino's is a beautiful spot for dinner & drinks. The atmosphere of the restaurant is beautiful, with comfortable seating & great ambiance. The calamari is fresh & fried zucchini is delicious. The lasagna is incredible, with gluten free pasta, & a vegetarian lasagna being amazing options. The menu is very friendly for dietary restrictions. Highly recommend!
We had amazing experience at the restaurant! Food is amaaazing. Drinks are great too! I've never eaten such a great lasagna. Plus, service was really kind & attentive

A unique & noticeably 70s feeling decor (both in feel & colour palette) surround you at their many intimate tables & long bar seating options. This sets the stage perfectly for the sipping of a selection of smartly executed Negronis & the nibbles that pair nicely with them.
You will find their well curated one-large-page menu has plenty of options to turn your drinking mind to food mode. Certainly their namesake meat-filled or eggplant based lasagnas are memorable as well as amply filling. Another standout, the burrata salad was worthy of remembrance.
Being a fan of smartly chosen menu offerings this place is one to recommend for date night, after work drinks plus a light bite & even larger get togethers with friends or family.
Now that I write this from several nice memories, it makes me want to go back a third time for what ever the occasion. Grazie!
On est allés souper chez Gino's hier avec des amis de l'extérieur de la ville & on a vraiment aimé notre soirée. Ça fait un petit bout qu'on voulait y aller (la dernière fois qu'on avait essayé c'était plein!).
Les trois sortes de lasagnes (végane, végétarienne & à la viande) étaient délicieuses. Mon drink préféré était le negroni avec du Prosecco. Le service était excellent (attentif, compréhensif, friendly) & le spécial pour 3 personnes vraiment avantageux. Merci pour la belle soirée :)
