Le cadre est beau & simple. J'ai pris un toast à l'avocat, il était vraiment minuscule. L'ayant déjà mangé ailleurs je ne m'attendais vraiment pas à cette quantité même si je voulais manger léger ceci ne représentait rien. Le chocolat chaud était excellent.
The poutine was fireeeee. We went on Oct 26 around noon. Our server was super sweet & awesome. All I know is she told me she had only been working there for a couple months. She was probably the kindest server we had during our entire visit to Montreal. Give her a raise!
Je tiens à vous laisser savoir, en tout respect, que la propreté de votre restaurant est vraiment négligée. Les plantes au plafond sont pleine de toile d'araignée, le plancher & la table ne sont pas en bonne état & quoi dire des salles de bain. Je crois que ça fait 1 ans que dans la toilette de filles une toilette est hors d'usage avec la porte brisée. Il y a beaucoup de négligence de se côté, on dirait que personne prend soin du restaurent.
Mercredi midi ,section Café :Je suis allé pour un café glacé & un smoothie. Les deux breuvages étaient délicieux. Espace très lumineux avec de belles plantes.

Le burger vege est très bon quoique la dernière fois il était un peu trop cuit. Les drinks sont pas mal aussi. J'aimerais un peu plus de choix végétariens mais sinon j'aime beaucoup l'endroit!
Im getting a lil picky, is cause at any any other brunch place they serve you brunch with coffee, sorry but that’s average brunch experience. Here we never received even water, I asked about the bottomless mimosas they say that better not cause yeah the brunch would be over in 30 min but dude can I at least after paying 25 dollars get a a glass of water? I’m drying out like Patrick & Sponge Bob at Arenitas house. Worst thing the waiter stand right beside me to look how much tip I was going to leave him. Excuse me? That’s very rude, it’s like observing another person’s wallet with too much interest. Them eggs were good tho.
The service was so slow. We ordered bottomless mimosas & instead of just leaving the bottle on the table we had to wait 20-25 minutes for each refill. Mind you bottomless mimosas have a time limit of an hour & a half. The food was fine but my friend received an omelette when she didn't ask for one & another friend was also given a different meal than what she ordered. Shots also took about 20 minutes to be brought to table. We actually had to ask for them
When I made my reservation on the phone I asked to use the upstairs & I was told yes. It was even written in my email confirmation. When I got there I was told the upstairs was closed however other costumers were seated upstairs. The manager was very kind & helpful. However, a waiter named Vincent was rude & disrespectful. When I tried to show Vincent my email reservation which he asked for he then said he doesn't care in a rude & disrespectful manner. I was very disappointed about the service & the way me & my friends were treated because I was there to celebrate my 30th birthday. Why were other clients able to use upstairs & not us? At the end the manager didn't charge for my meal & gave 50% off the sangria. However for this reason I & my 9 other friends will never return to Gingo.
Service was terrible, waited 10 minutes for someone to seat us (we had a reservation) while multiple people just walked by us. 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us , we had to ask 3 times for us to order.
Overall we could of been in & out within an hour but we were there over 2 hours because of the service.
Also forgot some of the drinks we ordered, if the server would of came to check our food she would of noticed or we would of asked for it.
3 stars because the food was alright. Other than that 👎
Food was great but unfortunately the service was lacking. We ordered two drinks & two meals, & both one meal & a drink were incorrect, one of our drinks was also full dairy which we didn't want or know of until we saw the bill
