Le designer Jacques Gaspo du groupe Foodtastic (derrière La Belle & La Boeuf, Souvlaki Bar, Carlos & Pepe’s, Le Blossom, les nouveaux Nickels et Bacaro Pizzeria) a développé Gatto Matto pendant deux ans. Un concept révolutionnaire et avant-gardiste Art Déco à thématique flower bar qui est une fusion entre Chicago et l’Italie. Utilisant des matériaux premiums dessinés et fabriqués à Montréal, l’alliage des éléments se marient à merveille. Des couleurs vives et éclatantes donnent un facteur WOW qui vous ferait sentir comme dans un hôtel moderne de Milan avec une touche girly. La création de la cuisine à aire ouverte encore jamais vu à Montréal (en collaboration avec Hagop Hagopian, directeur des opérations Foodtastic et expert en design cuisine) permet de voir à l’œuvre les meilleurs chefs de la région. Pas besoin de voyager, on vous amène l’Europe à votre table.

J'étais allé a celui de boisbriand où j'avais adoré, hier soir avant le spectacle de Zz top nous avons été très bien accueilli, notre serveuse vraiment gentille & a l'écoute, repas un gros wow, meilleur tartare de boeuf, calmars frit délicieux, mon must les côtelettes d'agneau ses mon coup de coeur, en passant la sangria blanche un délice ! Gorgeous restaurant with excellent food (I really enjoyed the Pizza with Prosciutto Di Parma). 🍕 Our server, Veronica, was very kind & knowledgeable about the menu. Food in general very good… service 8/10 depends how busy it is. Music very good & not too loud, the only problem as soon as you finish eating & about to enjoy the music it ends around 11:30-ish..drinks are pretty good amount of alcohol…Voir plus

This is a vibrant place. Waiter Mikael was so attentive to our satisfaction, he asked & returned a few times before we ordered as we couldn't make up our minds. We had an issue & this was resolved rapidly by management. My interpretation of management wanting restaurant to succeed. Kudos to them. Service today has unfortunately diminished in many establishments & when a turnaround happens, we need to say bravo to them & give them return visits.Voir plus

Good Italian restaurant with decent menu for a birthday dinner.
The host was attentive to our needs, drinks were kept topped off & friendly to
Boot.
I ordered the pistachio burrata spaghetti & don't let the portion size deceive you. I was very full after & found the portion generous.
I want to add that the fries were a letdown. These were oil-logged. & after a few bites I couldn't have anymore. Also, while I found the prices for everything on the menu very reasonable, I found it was overpriced for the fries (not including the fact that our plate of fries was untouched because of the oil).
For the dessert we had the Nutella bomboloni. Delicious & was one of the better bomboloni I've ever had.
This place had the music turned up way too loud. It's a mix of popular 2000s hits retuned to a dance beat. While it was nice to hop to a dance version of'smooth operator', this made conversation impossible. & I do recall leaving with a headache.Voir plus

This spot offers a relaxed & casual Italian dining experience. Portions are smaller, but the flavour & service are consistently good. The vibe is laid-back, making it an easy choice for any occasion.

Had seafood pasta..it was mediocre. Service the same..our wine arrived when we were half way through our meals & were told'we're very busy' by the waiter. Music is loud, hard to have a conversation but this is fine you like that sort of thing. We would have appreciated being told in advance that there was a gala tonight & that there would be limited free parking space. If you dont park on P13 (designated for the restaurant) the parking staff will make you pay upon exit. Although a few staff at Gatto Matto assured me I didnt have to pay since P13 was full, that wasn't the case.Voir plus

Food was good was decent . The pizza was too doughy on the crust. The appetizers was the star of the meal very crispy & perfectly cooked calamari. The pistachio pasta was also pretty good. The fior di late tagliatelle was very basic something that I was expecting to be a lot better. Our server was amazing explained the menu well kept our water refilled. The atmosphere on the other hand was not great, the music was super loud, to speak across the table we had to almost yell. Ended the night with Tylenol for a headache. Une expérience exceptionnelle du début à la fin ! Tout était absolument délicieux, des entrées jusqu'au dessert - des saveurs bien équilibrées, des produits frais, une cuisine maîtrisée. Un grand merci à notre serveuse, Coralie, qui a été tout simplement excellente : chaleureuse, attentionnée, professionnelle & d'une grande gentillesse.
