Recently visited Montréal & sat at the bar for dinner. The food was amazing & lovely atmosphere. Most of Nicholas our bartender was the best! We would definitely go back

Our meal was terrific, but Nicholas's bar service is what really stood out. Nicholas was friendly, very knowledgeable--particularly about the bars stock of Quebec-distilled spirits, & he mixed delicious drinks. His Old Fashioned was as tasty as I've ever had. Go to Gaspar & drink & eat at the bar!

I sat at the bar for dinner & had a wonderfully entertaining & attentive bartender by the name of Nicholas. As I was alone, he made the experience much more enjoyable with interesting conversation even though he was extremely busy.
Having been in the hospitality industry myself, I was impressed with the ease he tended bar along with filling orders for the servers. Gaspar is lucky to have such a valuable asset as an employee!!
Very nice place with amazing staff. We sat at the bar where Nicholas took great care of us & served drinks in which you can tell he puts a lot of love into.
