Gaia Restaurant est une véritable perle vietnamienne à Montréal. L'authenticité des plats est remarquable - chaque bouchée nous a rappelé les saveurs du Vietnam. Le service était tout simplement exceptionnel : chaleureux, attentionné & professionnel. C'est rare de trouver une expérience aussi complète. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter lors de notre prochain passage à Montréal. Merci pour ce moment inoubliable !
Such a fantastic restaurant. The food was excellent & the staff were so kind. Since it is a small place, I suggest making a reservation if you have a specific time or a large party.
My go-to for best Pho has always been Pho Lien. I've discovered another restaurant that can be put in the same superior tier as Pho Lien. Everything was tasty, the Pho, Nem, imperial rolls, softshell crabes & fried banana. I really recommend going & trying it.
Qualité de la viande (boeuf) très bonne service attentionnée & les goûts sont aux rendez vous ! Très bon rapport qualité prix. Découverte par hasard, nous y reviendrons !

The food was excellent, very flavorful & authentic. The salt & pepper shrimp didn't even make it home they were so good!
There was a misunderstanding with my order that caused some confusion on my part, but the owner personally reached out to clarify & resolve it. It's rare to see that level of passion & care.
