Dans l'ensemble, ce fut une très bonne expérience. Les plats étaient bien assaisonnés & l'ambiance agréable, ce qui a facilité les échanges.
Le service était attentionné & professionnel.
Quelques petits détails pourraient être améliorés, mais cela mérite clairement une autre visite!!!

Gaia Restaurant est une véritable perle vietnamienne à Montréal. L'authenticité des plats est remarquable - chaque bouchée nous a rappelé les saveurs du Vietnam. Le service était tout simplement exceptionnel : chaleureux, attentionné & professionnel. C'est rare de trouver une expérience aussi complète. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter lors de notre prochain passage à Montréal. Merci pour ce moment inoubliable !

Such a fantastic restaurant. The food was excellent & the staff were so kind. Since it is a small place, I suggest making a reservation if you have a specific time or a large party.

My go-to for best Pho has always been Pho Lien. I've discovered another restaurant that can be put in the same superior tier as Pho Lien. Everything was tasty, the Pho, Nem, imperial rolls, softshell crabes & fried banana. I really recommend going & trying it.
