Gaia really exceeded my expectations. As a Vietnamese who consumes Vietnamese food regularly, it's usually hard to find food that fits my tastebuds. My family & I genuinely enjoyed the food. The price is also very fair, especially for the generous quantity. The service is also impeccable. I'm excited to come back!

Lili la propriétaire est très attentionnée & vraiment gentille! Le poulet grillé est délicieux, meilleur que la moyenne des restaurants vietnamiens. À essayer :)
Super découverte dans mon quartier. Ça va rapidement devenir ma cantine je pense ! Que ce soient les soupes, les rouleaux ou autre boeuf saignant au citron tout était au top! Le service est rapide , on est toujours très bien reçu & les portions très généreuses ! Bref, ça fait bien longtemps que je n avais pas trouvé un aussi bon restaurant Vietnamien 🤗
Du service exceptionnel à la qualité des plats, c'est un sans faute! Wow! Sans doute la meilleure expérience de cuisine vietnamienne du secteur. Essayez l'entrée de boeuf saignant au citron ! 🤩❤️ Première visite de ce resto qui deviendra notre endroit régulier.
J'y suis aller avec ma copine & ma belle mère & nous avons été agréablement surpris. Un décor chic avec de la nourriture réconfortante & délicieuse à petit prix. Le staff était extrêmement gentil & nous avons passé une excellente soirée :)
Meilleures nems à Montréal, saveurs parfaitement équilibrée. Belle grosse portion de poulet grillé sur le BBQ. Prix raisonnable. Très bon général Tao.Notre nouveau coup de coeur.

Newly opened place, very quaint & with good food. We had the beef sashimi (really good), Pho & grilled beef with vermicelli. Everything was really good, I will be back. Special mention to the super friendly & hospitable service.
Très bonne nourriture épicée comme on le souhaite. Service chaleureux & attentionné. On a vraiment l'impression que le personnel est content de notre présence
Gaia is an amazing restaurant. The food is truly delicious & the service is second to none. The beef sashimi is an absolute must! I can't recommend this restaurant enough
