I visited Gaia after a friend recommended it, & I'm so glad I did! The place is run by wonderful people who offer delicious food at great prices, along with excellent service & a warm, respectful attitude.
We tried their **Tonkinoise soup with beef** & their **spring rolls**-both the fried chicken spring rolls & the cold shrimp rolls were amazing. Everything was fresh, flavorful, & satisfying.
I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area & craving Vietnamese food.

Excellent restaurant !! Nous nous sommes régalées, notamment avec le poulet général tao, bien croustillant miam !! La propriétaire a été absolument adorable avec nous, très bon service. Nous allons revenir assurément !! Très bonne adresse à garder en tête dans le quartier !
On a commandé des soupes tonkinoises (2 au boeufs & 2 au légumes). On s'est régalé ! Il y avait beaucoup de bouillon & de garniture. C'était excellent, je recommande !

A cozy beautiful restaurant. We absolutely loved everything about GAIA. The food was 5 star; the best pho I've ever had. Being a BYOB restaurant is much appreciated (SAQ 2mins away). Lilly was so sweet & kind; perfect service. Jack was so helpful & kind, answering all our needs. We will definitely be back & we'll bring friends. GAIA you have a new regular customer. May you have many years of success.

If you are in the Little Italy & seek a good asian / vietnamese restaurant with quality & generous portions…. this family run restaurant is for you. The place is clean, the service is great & the decor is classy.
Great Vietnamese food & amazing service by the sweetest people. 100% recommend.
GAIA is a place where they treat you like family. Starters are amazing! I feel in love with the Imperial Rolls & the Fried Calamari.
The Pho broth has a nice aromatic taste & can pair with any protein.
Grilled beef was amazing as well!
Don't forget to try their desserts! I took the tiramisu & I heard that this place serves a great fried banana.
Best vietnamese restaurant in Montreal. Hands down. I have been struggling to find a great vietnamese restaurant since COVID as I found the quality of many restaurants went down after.
This has finally been the one that satisfies all the qualities I look for in Vietnamese food. Try the pho, the grilled chicken, or anything really on the menu & it will be all great.

Super expérience ! Service hors-pair, délicatesse des employés, toujours un beau sourire. On est extrêmement bien accueillie à ce magnifique petit resto. La nourriture est succulente, goûteuse & généreuse. Un de mes restos vietnamiens préférés que j'ai pu essayé dans ma vie. C'est sur que j'y retourne dès que c'est possible. En plus, les prix sont vraiment raisonnables. Un bijou de restaurant ! À découvrir, n'hésitez même pas.
Décors du restaurant un peu passé, & qui ne colle pas à la cuisine Thaï. Mais le service est très attentionné, les plats sont bons (peut être un peu fade, on s'attend à plus de parfums & épicés dans les saveurs)
Portions très généreuses, pour un bon rapport qualité prix. Au final une adresse qui devrait satisfaire le plus grand nombre.

Une amie m'a fait découvrir ce merveilleux restaurant à l'ambiance zen où nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par cette merveilleuse famille qui travaille fort pour offrir des plats savoureux à un prix plus que raisonnable. Allez y sans hésitez & goûtez à tout. J'y retournerai assurément pour goûter à encore plus de plats!
