Very slow service. We waited 20 minutes before a server came to take our order, followed by another 40 minutes for our food, which arrived lukewarm. To make matters worse, we were never served water throughout the entire meal. Overall, a very disappointing experience for a Frite Alors.

Franchement dégueulasse. C'est honteux d'appeler ça des frites Belges. On dirait qu'elles datent de 3jours, bcp trop cuites, sèches, durent. C'est INMANGABLE.

Bonnes frites, mais burger terrible.

30$ (tip inclus) pour ça...j'aurais bien pu m'en passer. Une de mes pires expériences de burger....

En pensant que le burger Frite Alors ! allait être LE burger à commander à Frite Alors !

Sans saveur, où plutôt, l'unique saveur provenait de la viande qui goûtait le poisson...Je peux imaginer qu'ils ont utilisé une huile réutilisée + le pain assez sec.

En tout cas, quelle déception & quelle insulte.

Plus jamais. Je compte m'en tenir à mes trois burger joints préférés à Montréal c'est certain.

Vraiment une belle ambiance & un décor très convivial! Beaucoup de bandes dessinées disponible pour petits & grands! La nourriture est également excellente.

Le minimum du minimum! Tu commandes & on t'apporte une poutine avec des frites trop cuites & du bacon brûlé. Pas de set de table, pas de couvert, juste une fourchette planté au milieu. & on te pose ça sur la table pis après faut donner 15% de service. Ben je m'excuse mais c'est pas ça du service. Bien décevant.

This place absolutely sucks.
Service is horrible. Servers completely inattentive. Burger embarrassingly small & burnt to crisp. Never asked how we wanted our burgers cooked. Never brought over a single glass of water. Ordered a gluten free bun & only 30 mins after ordering did a server come over to say they didn't have them. It still took another 20 mins to come out. The gluten free meal, we were told would be in the house for the screw up. Still charged full price for it. Embarrassingly crap.

Took the kids here on a Saturday afternoon a couple of weeks ago & honestly it was one of those rare spots where everyone at the table was happy. The poutine was the real deal, thick gravy & squeaky curds, exactly what you want after a morning of running around the city. Staff were super friendly & patient with my two little ones who kept changing their minds about dipping sauces. We were in & out in under an hour without feeling rushed, which is basically the dream when you have kids in tow.
