The Baconsoucisse was the best poutine I had during my stay in Montreal. Service was quick, & the draught blonde beer was tasty. The smash burger was decent.
My go to for some of the best smash burger in town, easy, fast & cheap, good beer to match it with. Fries & poutine were really tasty & crispy. Wasn't busy when we went but service was fast & efficient. All in all an easy place if you're craving a burger & some fries.
Had a pleasant dining experience here! The staff was lovely & accommodated me on any queries i had with the menu considering this was my first meal after landing here, thank you very much! My first poutine here & it's remained on the top of my list for the best so far!!
Stopped here during a visit to the city on a very quiet Saturday evening. We were the only people in the restaurant ... Then, my burger arrived fairly cold but my friend's poutine seemed okay.
Absolutely loved my visit to Frite Alors! The poutine was the perfect blend of crispy fries, rich gravy, & cheese curds-comfort food at its finest. The la baguette marquez sandwich was equally impressive, with fresh ingredients & an incredible crunch. Our server Marlon was exceptional, providing attentive & friendly service that made our experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving delicious food & great service! 5 stars all the way!
I visited this restaurant just before closing, & the service was slow. When I mentioned to the waiter that my poutine was cold, they responded with "feels hot to me" before taking it to be reheated. Disappointing experience overall.
Tourist trap - avoid at all costs!!! A $60 dollar meal netted us: 1. A small poutine with a spicy sauce & the smallest curds you've ever seen. 2. A smash burger that was tiny & a weird tasting sauce. 3. Three tiny chicken nuggets & some fries. Value for money was so atrocious both in portion sizes & taste that I feel no self-respecting Quebecer would eat here. As a tourist I fell for it but you don't have to!!
Frite Alors! ; Après toutes ces années à passer à côté d'un frites & à entendre de bon commentaires, je me suis enfin décidé à l'essayer... Verdict: Il est vrai que les frites sont parmi les meilleurs que j'ai mangé. Bonne épaisseur, croustillant à mon goût. Grand choix de mayonnaise. Avoir su plus tôt... Cependant, les aliments autres que frites & poutines sont disons discutable. Somme toute , belle ambiance & un belle terrasse bien à l'ombre pour un moment agréable.
