From the moment you step into Florence, it's clear that you're in for more than just a great cup of coffee. Kevin, one of the baristas, truly sets this coffee shop apart with his exceptional customer service. Always greeting all customers with a warm smile, making sure everyone feels valued & attended to. His ability to remember regulars & their preferences makes each visit feel special. The coffee, always brewed to perfection, somehow tastes even better thanks to the friendly & welcoming atmosphere. It's no exaggeration to say that many of us come to Florence as much to see Kevin as we do for the coffee itself. Florence is indeed lucky to have him for almost five years; he's not just a barista but a true gem who enhances the coffee experience with his cheerful demeanour.Voir plus

Highly recommend. Wonderful cafe. Great atmosphere, nice setting, soft music not loud like in certain places. Marie, the person who helped me, was very pleasant & patient with me when I wasn't sure what to get. Their coffee & pastry id very good. This is my second visit & I am just as pleased as last time. The croissant was warmed in an air fryer & it came out so crispy. They have lots of food options. They also have two seating types: tables with booth & chairs as well as stools & counter facing the street for those who like to ppl watch.Voir plus

This is everything a café should be: quaint, cozy & stylish with top quality food items & professional grade service. Extra points for having some originality in their menu & prices are reasonable. A "hidden gem" that deserves great success IMO. You don't find service like this very often - its like they actually care!
