spicy(26) authentic(19) dishes(15) chinese(13) flavor(6) jia(6) spice(6) recommend(6) group(5) highly recommend(4) to go(4) heat(4)Possibly the spiciest thing I've eaten in my entire life (my spicy tolerance is not very high). Overall it was really good & would go again to try out other dishes. The fish was a little bit too spicy & wouldn't get it again tbh. Came to line up at 12 & there was already quite a long lineup so try to come early if you don't want to wait long.
Excellent new Sichuan place. We asked for extremely spicy & they delivered. The wait is long but worth it. Will return!
Incredible taste that i've never tried in mtl. We came here few times & love it. At first they gave the lemon juice but no more. The food was amazing hitting with the flavour. I really love the fried tofu. Also the shredded potato is good too. Moreover the fried chicken with chilli is my favorite too. Big portion. When i went there, there was a lineup. Great services. Parking on the side of the street.
Looks like typical chinese restaurant, but more posh. Loved the rustic design. Food isn't quite authentic like in China, but delicious anyway. The place was packed, need to wait long time for the table, but it's totally worse it. You can choose the level of spiciness.
Incredible flavors & perfectly spicy! Every dish we tried was full of bold, authentic taste. The staff was friendly & welcoming, & the atmosphere is lively & fun. A must-visit for anyone who loves a little heat in their meal!
Delicious & authentic food from chengdu. Everything was flavorful & the portions are huge compared to other restaurants. The string beans & eggplants are so good & addicting.
The interior is a vibe. It really feels like you're eating at a local street stall in chengdu. Service is fast & the staff are friendly.
We went there in the evening & didn't have to queue. We could eat as soon as we got there. The service was quite good. The speed of serving dishes was normal, not particularly slow. However, the food was just so-so. It wasn't as delicious as that in Toronto. For now, I don't have the desire to go there again. I hope the food will be better later.
Terrible service. I called at 6:00 PM to place my order, arrived at 6:15, & still waited until 6:50 to get my food. The front desk manager was also extremely rude & unhelpful. New restaurant or not, this is unacceptable.
The best spicy Chinese restaurant in Montreal. Besides disliking plastic decorative plates, which are considered unhealthy.
the cabbage & fried rice were just spectacular! amazing flavour all around!!
the service was good. a bit expensive & certain dishes are too salty including the soup. long wait time.

We waited in line for 40 minutes, & that's fine, I don't mind. But when we went inside, we were among the first to arrive at opening time. They only seated five tables before us. We were already waiting inside when the place opened, but in 10 minutes they only seated eight people.
The guests were greeted by a worker with disheveled hair, a guy with a helmet on his head. He was so nasty, ugly, & completely out of shape.
This worker approached us while we were already waiting inside at the entrance & said,'Hi,' & I replied,'Hi.' To my surprise, he said'Hi' again. I thought for a second, but then answered'Hi' again. He said'Hi' again with a mocking smile, this time completely mocking me.
Then he asked,'How can I help you... Seriously? How can you help me? You idiot? We've been standing in line at the restaurant for 40 minutes. How can you help me? You stupid white-headed fatso.'
The evening was ruined. We didn't eat & left angry
Called at 10:30 for takeout. They told me they open at 12:00, so earliest option was 12:45. I call back at 12 & they said they only do take out after 4. Was told by 2 staff they did lunch takeout, only to have the rug pulled.
I'm sure the food is great though, just bad service.
Well, I have to say it
Probably the best & most authentic sichuan restaurant we have in montreal
A little bit long line, but if you can get in from the first 10 tables , you should be ok
Personally we waited from 11😅& luckily there only 1 group of 3 waiting ahead of us
The decor is very old fashion chinese street restaurants vibe, almost feel like a museum
The staff welcomed us in very passionately & friendly & seated us
Offered apron as well as hair band for the long hair girls (which you may keep)
We ordered both dessert, which both are very good
As main, we ordered zi-gong style stir fried chicken (boneless) + spicy frog
I would say the chicken is so amazing that I can't stop eating it 🤤? even all the vege that inside the dish are so flavourful
The frog taste almost like spicy fish, & the zucchini in there just such a nice touch
Totally worth going, only if the line up is not too crazy 😅
