Ça fait quelques fois que je reçois un service carrément désagréable. Si ce n'était qu'une fois ça ne me dérangerait pas mais là, il y a un vrai problème d'attitude avec les barmaids! Aucune gentillesse, aucun désir de bien servir, & l'alcool est quand même assez cher. La place est très mal entretenue & sent mauvais. Très déçu!

A l'entrée, on ne vous demande pas de donner votre carte d'identité, on vous fait le signe de la main comme si vous étiez un sdf qui venait pour de l'aide, tout cela sans dire bonjour bien sûr. Quel manque de respect de la part de l'homme assis & constamment sur son téléphone portable! & la dame de la récéption ne « va pas nous courir après » pour une table de billard (ses propres mots). Vraiment aucun tact envers les clients! A éviter!

Super sympa comme endroit bien que le billard soit un peu cher. Maya la serveuse était adorable & très serviable. Néanmoins j'ai mis 3 étoiles car la jeune femme à l'accueil ce soir (19 décembre) était très peu aimable, très peu serviable & vraiment desagréable. C'est la première fois que j'ai affaire a un service si mauvais à l'accueil à Montréal…. Dommage ! Nous étions tous déçu…

We visit here regularly & have been clients for a long time. There is no indication on your website that jogging attire is not permitted. However, we were refused entry by your security staff, who spoke to us in a raised. We are very disappointed by this experience.

La seule raison d'y aller ce sont les tables de billard (quand on peut en avoir une).

Pas la cuisine ou le bar hors de prix, pas les videurs aussi aimable que des portes de prisons, pas la musique qui est beaucoup trop forte lorsqu'on veut juste profiter d'une partie entre amis.

Mais bon, ce sont des choses que partagent beaucoup d'endroits de ce genre à Montréal malheureusement.

PS : Ils obligent à payer comptant pour les tables mais pas pour le reste, bien évidemment ils prennent une commission sur le seul distributeur de billets situé juste à côté de l'accueil (ben tiens).

Went for a party I saw lot of table with big spots on it. Some Batman also drink as me as the clients it seem & were drunk.
