We had been to Fitz Roy another time during the day, & it was pretty good, but last night we had a really bad experience at this bar. We came after 8pm to get in line for a pool table, & the staff told us the wait would be 1-1.5 hrs. We were fine with waiting that long & decided to sit down, only after they charged us a mandatory coat check, even though other people had clearly brought their coats in. When we periodically went up to see how much longer it would be, the girls at the front were rude. We ended up waiting for over 4 hours for a table. The staff are clueless & should be more realistic & honest about wait times. When they eventually called to let us know a table was available, I was in the bathroom & did not answer my phone. When I came up to the front desk 2 minutes after they had called, they said they had given up our spot. It was absolutely miserable waiting there, the music was atrociously loud, they kept unnecessarily turning it up throughout the night, & we could barely hear one another. I would not recommend this place unless you're going during the day.

Really enjoyed the music. The staff are also very pleasant. Their'green tea shot' is very yummy

I came here to play pool. The music was super nice at a super good time. The suit security guards at the door were very respectful very nice would definitely recommend.

Great place to spend time with friends. If you are going on weekend there will be wait at least 1 hour to get pool table. Foosball is also available. Drinks are good & food is okay . Music & vibe is good place is only two minutes from metro.

Excelente ambiente y música. En fines de semana es recomendable hacer una reservación para poder ocupar las mesas de billar y no esperar mucho tiempo por una de ellas.

Very expensive, long waiting to play pool on busy nights (which is understandable) but they lie & mislead about the estimated waiting time so you stay & spend your money. Douchy vibes, some people are into it i guess lol. Apart from that the place is big, cute & the music is ok

It's a good hangout place, you'll find a lot of vfx industry peeps there. Good music.. worth a visit, also have a pool table.

SO YOU CAN’T SPEAK BECAUSE THE MUSIC IS WAY OVERPOWERING, & IT’S AWKWARD TO SIT AT THE TABLE & DO NOTHING.

THEN STAND, RIGHT?

SURE, BUT YOU STILL CAN’T SPEAK, SO YOU TRY TO DANCE. BUT NOW THE TABLE IS IN THE WAY, OR YOU’RE STEPPING ON SOMEONE’S TOES.
