Chez Firegrill nous misons sur la qualité, qui est la somme d’une multitude de détails. Quelques-uns sont minimes, certains sont subtils, mais tous sont importants. L’essentiel pour nous est de satisfaire entièrement le client. Utilisant les ingrédients les plus fins et les plus frais, notre cuisine est basée sur des goûts qui évoluent et qui reflètent l’influence multiculturelle de notre ville. Nos clients sont en mesure de savourer un bon steak cuit à la perfection sur charbon de bois, des côtes levées succulentes dans une sauce B.B.Q. mesquite, ou essayer nos fruits de mer frais de l’Ocean, suivi d’un de nos délicieux desserts.
Concernant l'Atmosphère.
Tous les restaurants Firegrill sont conçus à partir de plans architecturaux originaux et chaque emplacement a une allure spécifique. Notre bar est l’endroit idéal pour y déguster un apéro ou un digestif. Notre objectif est de mettre les clients à leur aise tout en leur faisant goûter les meilleures grillades en ville. Notre clientèle étant le détail auquel nous nous attardons en premier, c’est pourquoi tout notre personnel est qualifié pour prendre soin d’elle d’après les plus hauts standards de l’industrie. Lorsque les gens choisissent de venir manger chez Firegrill, nous voulons leur donner toutes les raisons du monde pour qu’ils y reviennent le plus souvent possible. The food was excellent except for the mashed potatoes which tasted like instant mashed potatoes & were dreadful. The other review was the fact that with both the prime rib & the filet mignon, they were not served with any vegetables , or salad at all, & this coupled with the tasteless, instant mashed potatoes was disappointing.
The other dishes were excellent.
Prime Roast Beef Au Jus on the menu said "slow roasted to perfection" were far away from perfection. Looked like they were cooked days before & reheated until well done / dried out. Mashes tasted like they had been cooked days before as well.
Cooked forthe previous weekend ?
& brussels sprout over grilled in the oven with light sprinkle of parmesan & supposedly with bacon for 12$. They were less than 6 sprout in the plate. I feel I was a victim of the lack of customers in that restaurant.
So 59$ for sprouts, cooked meat & mashed.
Martini 18$ for a half full glass because "it's hard to carry" :-(
So 2/5 for food quality wasn't there but potential is)
4/5 service (1 server for a table of 12 & always look after his table)
3/5 atmosphere nice & comfy but my goal at going to a restaurant is 1 food, 2 service, 3 atmosphere. I felt like I was paying for an over spacious restaurant empty.
Had an extremely disappointing experience today. I went with my work colleagues for lunch, ordered the fillet Mignon Lunch menu. Asked to replace the mashed potatoes with vegetables. They charged me an additional $2 for that only to find that I had ONE cauliflower, ONE Broccoli & a tiny slice of pepper. When done, I asked for my coffee which comes with the menu however the waitress told me to wait until all the group were done paying their bills (were about 20 persons) as she could not get it to me before!! Obviously I left without having my coffee since it was pointless to have it after everyone was gone!
So bottom line I paid$40 for a tiny piece of meat, two pieces of veggies & no coffee!
Service was extremely disappointing as well as the whole experience in general.
I do not think I will go back soon or recommend to anyone
Delicious Rack of lamb served with mashed potatoes & grilled peppers!
House salad needs work very bland !
