Chez Firegrill nous misons sur la qualité, qui est la somme d’une multitude de détails. Quelques-uns sont minimes, certains sont subtils, mais tous sont importants. L’essentiel pour nous est de satisfaire entièrement le client. Utilisant les ingrédients les plus fins et les plus frais, notre cuisine est basée sur des goûts qui évoluent et qui reflètent l’influence multiculturelle de notre ville. Nos clients sont en mesure de savourer un bon steak cuit à la perfection sur charbon de bois, des côtes levées succulentes dans une sauce B.B.Q. mesquite, ou essayer nos fruits de mer frais de l’Ocean, suivi d’un de nos délicieux desserts.
Concernant l'Atmosphère.
Tous les restaurants Firegrill sont conçus à partir de plans architecturaux originaux et chaque emplacement a une allure spécifique. Notre bar est l’endroit idéal pour y déguster un apéro ou un digestif. Notre objectif est de mettre les clients à leur aise tout en leur faisant goûter les meilleures grillades en ville. Notre clientèle étant le détail auquel nous nous attardons en premier, c’est pourquoi tout notre personnel est qualifié pour prendre soin d’elle d’après les plus hauts standards de l’industrie. Lorsque les gens choisissent de venir manger chez Firegrill, nous voulons leur donner toutes les raisons du monde pour qu’ils y reviennent le plus souvent possible. This is a great steakhouse. I ordered the grilled lambchops set menu. It was delicious. We came in during lunch hour time. The lambchops were available for night set menu only, but the server allowed us to ordered it anyway. Appreciated their service. Will come back again.

I haven't been to firegrill my brother in-law came from Ontario , so we decided to try it, the one on Cote vertu in ville St Laurent , was surprised it was a Friday night & not many people there , I guess people are cutting back. We were greeted from a nice person & seated , them out waitress Lina was totally awesome person with a contagious laugh, we ordered cocktails 1st that were delicious 😋 my brother inlaw ordered the roast beef with a loaded potato, he said it was delicious, I ordered the Cesear salad with grilled chicken topped with crispy onions instead of croutons nice change enjoyed it a lot , my hubby ordered the Manhattan steak with pepper sauce he said it was perfect!! & to top it off it was my hubbies b'day so the our waitress Lina bought a nice helping of yummy ice cream mix with 3 spoons too enjoy & singing happy birthday with a sparkler !! She is such a great people person ❤? I will post the picks of our meals & drinks too ! As well as the birthday boys happy look with his surprise too!!!! Thanks again Lina for your great service 😉 tried to add pics of our meals I was unable too !

C'est bon mais rien de plus pour le prix c'est très dispendieux cuisine d'un restaurant familiale .
Steak trop cuit crevette dur .
Restaurant vide donc ça veut dire quelque choses & les salle de bain porte & division de toilette remplie de poussière rien de frais laver j'ose pas imaginer ailleurs exp cuisine

I know it's maybe 15% less $ than Gibbies , maybe even a few less $ than the keg .
Keep in mind at gibbies you'll get a thicker & batter steak. Much better sides & free'snacks' at the begining. To me it's a no brainer
But still 58$ for a IGA Rib style steak & frozen after thought vegetable. Frozen McDonald's style fries . Cheesecake was probably frozen & half sugar .
Waitress was nice. But inexperienced
Seems they're not doing so good. Which is ok I'll support them. Hence the 4*. But they shouldn't lower quality .

Nice place, the food is good, definitely take their fries I love them, the steak is fine but honestly for the price & the ambiance I'd say it's worth the shot.

Wasn't impressed with food. Spinach dip wasn't good at all. Too much flour in it. Steak was Tough with no taste. Salad looked tired & dessert was just ashamed to eat. Sugar crust on cream brûlée was a gooey mixture that stuck to the spoon in full chunk. I would not recommend this place to friends & family.

The food was absolutely amazing! But, the server was not very plesant. He was a bald older gentlemen (I did not get his name). Who yelled at me for tipping him $5. He said I should've tipped $9 instead. I could definetly empathise with him because the cost of living is outrageous. However, the way he handled the situation was not very professional. He then manually input the tip percentage on my friends bill & did not allow her to put her tip in herself. We felt really uncomfortable & displeased with the service. She asked for a medium steak & got one that was thoroughly cooked instead. They made a new meal for her which she was very happy with upon it's return. I think it was not fair that the server input the tip he wanted on her bill without giving her the chance to tip him what she thought he deserved. Food was great but service made the experience memorable in a negative way.

My husband & I have been to this FireGrill several times. The quality of beef is outstanding, & the service is very good & polite, although they don't go that extra mile. At our last visit, we had a cozy spot by the gas fireplace. I just wish that the rib steaks came in a smaller portion, like 12 or 10 oz. My husband prefers the FireGrill over le Biftheque. He finds the beef better-seasoned at the FireGrill. I find the sauce/juice for the prime rib a touch too salty, but otherwise in general, we are usually happy with the food & service. Would we go back there again? We have been, several times!

Simply disgusting. Slow service. I ordered a Cajun steak. Them people don't know the meaning of Cajun. Cajun suppose to be spicy & flavorful. The steak tasted like water & it was raw. When I ask for medium not rare.
The waitress I think she just didn't feel like being at work tonight.
Never again.
