Un établissement maleduqué, agressif & raciste. Il y a déjà plusieurs commentaires détaillants une certaine serveuse qui aggress les clients (en particulier les clients qui ne parlent pas le français entre eux...),& j'imagine bien que c'est cette même serveuse qui a une habitude à refuser le service aux clients Inuk. J'espère bien que la gestion de ce resto sache que ça ne va pas terminer bien pour eux s'ils ne faisaient pas quelque chose.

I was very dissapointed with this place. First of all no one brought us too our seat, the waitress took forvever to come & there were way too many options on the menu. I had the calamri plate & the fish was overcooked & not fresh, overall the service was terrible & the food wasnt good at all. It was very hard to give that one sta

This is, from the 100 restaurants I went in Montreal, the worst. Today, my girlfriend & I went in there for brunch to try it out. We entered & we got told, "just sit somewhere". So we sit at a spot with dishes on the table (because there were dishes on all empty tables). We even asked a waitress if it was fine to sit there. We waited 10 minutes before I had to get up & ask a waitress if she could clean up the table. We told ourselves we would give them a chance because there was a lot of people. It took another 15 minutes before we could order something. I was too hungry to leave but my girlfriend wanted to. The total time from the moment we sat to the moment we got our food was 56 minutes! When we paid, we tried to tell the manager/owner (she looked like the owner) about our experience but she didn't want to hear it & wanted us to leave. She said there was a lot of people today, but the problem is that some people that sat 15 minutes after us got their food before us. If you want to get disrespected & are ready to wait for average food, it's the perfect place!

Nous sommes rentres dans ce restaurant & le personnel grossier & frustre nous a accueilli en disant que nous ne pouvons pas nous asseoir aux grandes tables, alors qu'il y avaient plusieurs tables disponibles. Apres toutes nos explications que nous voulons nous asseoir a la table qui est au coin ils nous ont refuse grossièrement. Le personnel n'est pas professionnel & surtout une femme âgée qui était très grossière & mal éduquée. Le gérant de ce restaurant devrait être très inquiet car certaines de ses employées vont faire perdre la clientèle, ce qui s'est produit avec nous aujourd'hui, car nous avons quitte pour aller manger au Saint-Hubert ou nous avons été accueilli avec des sourires, de la courtoisie & personne ne nous a pas dicte ou s'asseoir. Juste le contraire il nous ont laisse le libre choix de la table.

Heureusement que nous ne sommes pas restes pour manger dans ce restaurant, parce que c'est très important que la personne qui te sert un plat ne soit pas agressive & désagréable.

Gros zéro a votre commentaire. Il semblerait que c'était votre première fois dans un restaurant. Ce n'est pas un McDonald, on ne peut s'asseoir ou ce qu'on veut. S'il vous plait considérer des cours de grammaire et d'étiquette si vous désirer manger un jour ailleurs qu'au St-Hubert. PSA: écrit comme du monde :) Merci big
