The food is fantastic, but be careful with the portion sizes. We ordered delivery & although the salad portions on the website stated that we were to receive 1lb, many fell way short. They claimed an error on the site, all salads are the same size in the same containers, after the fact. They were supposed to call me back, still waiting....
My husband & I LOVE-LOVE-LOVE this place. It's our go-to place for Sabich & Falafel pitas! The staff is so amazing, especially the woman at the cash, she is just the sweetest. Amazing service, never disappointed! Always a pleasure to eat at Falafel St Jacques. Highly recommend :)
Ive been going to Falafel St. Jacques over 6 years now & this review is long overdue. You can't just have one item, the vegan chicken or Shawarma, the falafel or even the hummus from sandwiches or plates first off no sample portions & not cheap! I'm highly recommending it. The staff always offering samples to taste. Everything was absolutely incredible, fresh & so tasty. They also have a dessert section that will blow your mind away! I can't wait to go back! Service was next level
Keep hearing great things about their vegan food which I would love to try. Unfortunately that's impossible because they do not advertise on their website or Uber eats or any other interface what is or isn't vegan. Please update your online menus showing which meals or options are vegan.
As someone who has grown up with this type of food I can say this is as good as back home . Everything is absolutely fresh , 100% vegan & each plate come with a choice of 6 salads . Portions are more than very generous & prices very reasonable . Place is small & to beat line ups best to go before 5;30 pm or after 7 pm . Everything is also avaliable for take out as a plate or each item also sold separately , baked items made on premises great & best pita bread outside the middle east .
There isn't much to be said other then GO, GO, GO there! If you want the best reminder of Mediterranean food, taste of Israel, just pick anything from the menu, you will not be disappointed. 💙
Jamais déçu chez falafel st jacques. Les sandwich sont WOW Les salades sont WOW le service est WOW Salade au patate douce , & le baba ganoush incroyablement bon. Les "ailes" aussi sont WOW Bravo,Continuer !

I love this place but since i live in hochelaga i only come out once or twice a summer for a bike ride & a snack. First time out this year & a falafel & a drink cost me 20$. Sorry, far too much for a falafel no matter how good it is. Wont be returning. Shame.
