I brunched here with my group & we had an amazing experience. Our waitress Valeria truly made the difference. She was incredibly kind, attentive, & professional from start to finish. She made sure everyone was comfortable, gave great recommendations, & always checked in with a smile. The food was delicious, the ambiance was great, & the service was outstanding thanks to her.

J'ai eu un excellent service de la part de tout le monde surtout le monsieur avec des tresses. Je recommande vraiment les bouché de pancake, les meilleurs que j'ai manger a vie

A staff member kicked my family out despite us having a valid reservation, with no explanation & an openly VERY hostile attitude. The way we were treated felt discriminatory & deeply humiliating, & honestly raises serious concerns about possible racism. Completely unacceptable behavior - we will never return & do not recommend this place to anyone.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. My family & I arrived with a reservation, yet somehow we were told to'wait for our table.' Excuse me?? What is the POINT of taking reservations if you treat your customers like walk-ins?
When we politely asked for an explanation, the owner himself snapped at us & basically told us that if we didn't want to wait, we could leave. Then, as if that wasn't unprofessional enough, he actually told us to'take our sense of entitlement & get out of his restaurant.' The AUDACITY.
& the final straw? He even put his hands on my cousin, who was literally just trying to calmly find a solution. Completely unacceptable. Absolutely NO respect, NO professionalism, & clearly NO understanding of how to run a business.
Save yourself the disappointment - there are plenty of restaurants that actually know how to treat paying customers.
Avoid this place at all costs.

The service is warm & welcoming. The pollo fuego was really good 9/10, the crispy chicken has a nice kick to it. The club is a classic, can't go wrong with that choice 8/10. French toast was a good way to end, with the right amount of sweet 9/10.
I had an amazing experience at Eva's! The food was great, very flavourful. The pancakes were exceptionally good, & the quesadilla was equally as delicious. The service was just as impressive. A special shout out to our server Thomas with his amazing personality. Highly recommend!

Le service & l'accueil était impeccable
Par contre j'ai demandé que l'oeuf de mon toast soit très bien cuit & ça n'a pas été respecté aussi le toast été beaucoup trop sec
Ils on mis l'avocat direct sur le pain
Si au moins il yavais de l'huile d'olive ou une sauce ou un peu de fromage pour que le pain ne soit très totalement dure ça aurai été mieux .
Mais je reviendrai .
if theres one thing that a diva needs , its these pancake balls that eva serves. im eating one as im typing this.
the best grilled cheese & pancakes on earth !!! they put their hearts & soul into that grilled cheese + I cannot communicate through my phone how good that sauce goes with the grilled cheese.

Today I visited Montreal for the first time & I had the pleasure of visiting Eva Royalmount. Me first of all we were Greeted Warmly by the Manager Mohammed. Before our food even hit the table Gab & Ophelia continued Muhammad's warmness.
The atmosphere was amazing. The food was incredible & the Customer Service was out of this world. I have nothing but incredible things to say.
We went for a b-day celebration & we were two people. They found a table for us within 6 minutes of arriving (wait time) & service was a little slow to start ( they were slammed) but was impeccable. Cocktails were delicious ( whisky sour for my friend- was not on cocktail menu but they made it any way & I had a pineapple mojito) both were spot on. Ordered the Salmon platers - fresh salmon with fresh capers, side plate of bagels, cucumbers & red onion). We saw an operator owner who even busing the tables for a quick turnover. When he overheard it was my birthday, he came over & gave us the red carpet of attention & made our outing very special. Side plate of dollar pancakes with fruits in a light sugary sauce was Incredible & very appreciated. This is an owner Shah) who cares & wants your experience to be a dining experience. Couldn't expound enough superlatives to tell him , how we appreciated his service. Will go back often & bring friends..
