Such a unique & fascinating place! It's a mix of a café, clothing store, jewelry shop, & an incredibly creative space that feels like nowhere else. I had so much fun taking photos here-the atmosphere & design are truly one of a kind. Definitely worth stopping by, especially if you enjoy discovering unusual & visually inspiring places!

I must have walked in front of it hundreds of times, missing it hundreds of times. Then I got curious. Why would a shop try to hide itself beyond boards covered with graffiti? So I finally walked in & instantly regretted those hundreds of times that I had ignored it. Its main calling is the sale of vintage clothing items, but there's a lot more. Go in & browse, then order a coffee, a cookie, a samosa, a salad or a sandwich. They're good & inexpensive. Then sit down & soak in the ambiance of this Montreal institution.

I used to love shopping here. I have donated clothes pre pandemic & had no issues. But the last time I left three large bags of clothes, shoes (shoes were still in their original boxes) & some household items (still in their box). When I went back to pick up the things they did not keep, I was shocked. They destroyed the boxes, the shoes were smashed in the bottom. It was disrespectful how they repacked my items. I also left a few objects which they do not accept & I understand that but they still took those object out of their original box & destroyed the box. I do not understand why did they open the box when they could clearly see what's in it & knew that it's something they don't sell in their store. They should not have destroyed it. Overall I think it was disrespectful they way they returned the stuff they did not need.

I used to absolutely adore this eclectic shop of oddities & delights. The decor is so eccentric. However be that as it may, the vibe was no longer vibing at a once beloved establishment. I am saddened to discover that the workers use gendered language instead of inclusive language. It seems like performative allyship while alienating their non-binary customers.

FR: Cela faisait longtemps que je voulais venir, & l'occasion s'est enfin présentée aujourd'hui. La boutique n'a pas déçu !

Normalement, je suis le genre de client qui se sent vite submergé & qui veut s'enfuir, mais l'expérience a été très agréable. Malgré le fort achalandage de ce samedi après-midi (la boutique a un succès évident), l'ordre du lieu m'a permis de circuler sans stress.

Grâce à cette organisation, non seulement j'ai trouvé quelque chose rapidement, mais j'ai gardé assez d'énergie pour dénicher une deuxième pièce & même patienter pour les cabines d'essayage, ce que je ne tolère pas d'habitude.

Note humoristique : Se déplacer dans le magasin est presque un sport extrême à cause de l'irrégularité du plancher. Allez-y prudemment, mais allez-y ! Je suis reparti très satisfait de mes trouvailles.

I'm usually the type of shopper who gets overwhelmed quickly & wants to run out, but the experience here was very pleasant.

Despite the high traffic this Saturday afternoon (the shop is clearly very successful), the organization of the space allowed me to flow through without stress.

Thanks to that order, not only did I find something quickly, but I also had enough energy to find a second item & even wait for the fitting rooms-something I usually have zero patience for.

Funny note: Moving through the store is practically a high-risk sport due to the uneven floors. Tread carefully, but definitely go! I left very satisfied with my finds.
