First time trying Batory & everything was as delicious as homemade Polish food. We got the Polski talerz , two kinds of pierogi, cherry cake, paczki, barley soup, go?abki (3 per order in the meal option), & the potato patties (3 large ones per order). The order arrived with fresh rye bread & butter. Everything is so fresh & the portions are generous. The staff is also very nice. This is our new favourite Polish place to order from, we will be ordering again.Voir plus

Mon restaurant polonais préféré. Quand je mange là-bas, c'est comme retourner en Pologne. Les portions sont généreuses, la nourriture est savoureuse & réconfortante. Le service est aussi sympathique. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de place toutefois mais c'est pas grave. J'ADORE!!!Voir plus

The tripe soup & potato pancakes are amazing. I tried Polish plate & pierogi before, it was pretty good, little different from what I'm used to. Extra point for food being always accompanied with rye bread & butter, sour cream & saladVoir plus

I'm very pleased with this hidden jam. The food is healthy & handmade by the owner. She told me she was personally making pierogi & bigos, & they are very good, fulfilling, & remind me of home. Even better, my mom wasn't cooking nearly as well as the owner. I also tried a kielbasa, & it's very good. I wish there was a better choice of cold cuts & fresher cakes, but well, you can't have everything. I also appreciate the design of the walls. :D. It's a classic old-fashioned Polish design, sticking out in the modern era, where the walls are white with some neon lighting. Here we have the Polish pope & boazeria, widely popular in the'80s. It's hard to find delicious Polish food in Montreal & this place is the real deal. Everything I have ever tried here has been superior in taste. I recommend their Polski Talerz & the Krokiety z miesem. My only complaint is that in the container containg the krokiety sauce must have been super hot because the lid was melted. Please be careful with melted plastic, as I'm sure people don't want to raise the risk of cancer by having melted plastic in their food. Let the sauce cool a bit or change to paper containers.Voir plus
